Lake Cabin with Amazing View, New Dock, Boatslip, Great Fishing, Dog-Friendly

2 Bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, sleeps 6, dock, boatslip, non-motorized water toys included, dog-friendly.

Our beautiful Hayden Lake cabin is located in North Idaho; 18 miles away from Silverwood Theme Park, 17 miles north of Downtown Coeur d' Alene and 40 miles east of Spokane. WA. Also check out our next door companion lakehome (Vrbo#2073586). Repeat guests are all lining up their summer plans to enjoy an unforgettable week or more in their very own renovated cozy cabin. (Please see our past history and reviews.) It is located on one of the choice view properties on Mokins Bay at Hayden Lake. It's a perfect setting for a cocktail, dinner or just a family time of fun. There are many choices of places to sit, enjoy the awe inspiring mountain and waterfront view, visit, play games, soak up some sun, take nature walks in the private 12 acre forest, take a nap or swim.

Great fishing May-Oct with consistent catches of 14-16 inch Kokanee (Landlocked Sockeye Salmon), trout, bass, northern pike and crappie. Many award winning pike have been caught right off the dock.

Whatever your idea of a good time is, you'll find it here.

The open concept of the living/dining/kitchen areas makes for easy communication and good times. The kitchen has picturesque views looking out over the lake. Bar-B-Q with free propane is available and an easy way of living at the lake.

Prefer a little less action and a little more serenity for fishing, cruising or just relaxing, consider May/June or September/Oct. Some of the best weather conditions and peaceful times can be experienced during the Spring or early Fall. An added benefit to the beautiful Spring or Fall is our rates are considerably lower than high season so you can enjoy a quality, economical stay.

WiFi: We provide free WiFi via Starlink satellite internet that has been upgraded in 2024.

This was the perfect spot!! First experience in Idaho and we hit the jackpot with this place. We had everything we needed and the location was absolutely gorgeous. Loved everything about our stay. Hope we can come again!!

Great lake home with outstanding views. Sandy beach and cove really unique. Architecture of home also a nice change from typical cabins.Only downside was no A/C which with the hot temps would have helped. Checkin at 86 degrees first night.Calm lake each day and water temps easy for swimming. Thank you!

4th of July must

We had a great time! Host was awesome as well as the house! Beautiful views and dock to relax with kids. Dock is shared with the other home next door but I wasn’t even noticeable. Water was perfect! The cliff jumping is so much fun! We bought sand toys and that was a hit! The church across the lake had a huge fireworks show and the house has front row seats! Such good memories!

Everything we expected

Beautiful views. Extremely clean and well kept. Recently updated very nicely. Would definitely stay here again. Seniors may struggle with single steps up and down into bedrooms, eating area, and living room.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—clean linens, fresh towels, and a well-kept kitchen that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was incredibly convenient—close to silverwood, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Whether we were sipping coffee on the patio or unwinding in the living room which offered views from every direction after a day out, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway!

Almost Perfect

Wonderful little lakehouse with shared dock, decks and shoreline. It would’ve been just what we anticipated had it not been for the very large group staying in the other cabin and utilizing the shared outdoor spaces.

A beautiful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was beautiful! Got to catch fish off the dock, they had water toys for everyone to play with! The host had also informed us that we had left something behind and drive to a family member’s house to make sure it got back to us. A wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful, just as pictured.

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend at this Lake Cabin. It had all the comforts of home and tucked away in a quiet spot with access to the dock. My family enjoyed time at Silverwood Park as well as the lake and it was a perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Saw lots of deer, bald eagles, osprey and salmon. If you go, do plan your shopping ahead as suggested by the host. It is a little far to grocery shopping. We hand a wonderful tune and hope to return!

Amazing views, Comfortable and well equipped Lake House

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days last week, we were so pleased with the property. Amazing views and right on the Lake! The property is well maintained quiet and comfortable. The water was sparkling clear. The property description is very accurate. Our host, Noi was wonderful to work with. Whenever I had a question so responded very timely and was so pleasant and professional to work with. The house was clean and had all the amenities that we could have asked for. We would highly recommend this Lakehouse. We are hopeful to be able to return to Heyden Lake again next year for a longer stary. Thank you Noi for providing such a lovely property.

Amazing Weekend

My family and I greatly enjoyed our weekend at this property. We loved the views from the kitchen and living room windows. The close proximity to the sandbar where all the action of the lake was at was fun! Very comfortable stay - would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the property and cabin. The camp and sand bar across the bay were pretty noisy so the property wasn’t as peaceful as we would have hoped. Otherwise a great spot.

Beautiful Location. Could not be better.

Noi was so easy to contact if there were any problems. The only real problem was mouse dropping in the kitchen drawers. Honestly out by a lake in a forest it could happen to anyone. The rest of the property was very clean and peaceful.

Hayden Lake with clear water, new dock and swimming grotto

Very nice cabin perfectly situated on Hayden Lake next to the sandbar, a popular hangout and across the bay from the Camp with nice clear, deep water area for swimming. This property has been updated fairly recently and is perfect for small groups. We stayed for 2 weeks and had our family visit for 5 of those days. The dock is very nice and new. The grotto has beach entrance and a perfect outcropping of rock for mermaid bathing. The stairs to the dock are a little tricky and not recommended for small children or elderly folks. The owner is super responsive and very nice. She has a number of properties nearby and we enjoyed meeting our neighbors who shared the dock with us.

Great property for an outing with our elderly parents.

The dock and water access were amazing and the house is accessible to our elderly parents with the living space only having a couple steps with good hand holds. Everyone moved around freely and enjoyed the outdoor patios and views of the lake from this high back house with ample viewing windows for early mornings and late evening indoor time. The house has been remodeled to be easy to maintain in its indoor/outdoor environment.

There is not much to say that has not been previously said. The property is spotless and views are amazing. This was great to utilize our boat right from the dock. The only thing better than the property is the quality of the host - Noi is the best. Thanks - David
