Direct access to the Cascade trails and just 4 blocks to Mayo Clinic Campus. Located in the Kutzky Park neighborhood you are in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, parks, and shopping. This home provides everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Take advantage of walking the trails or relax inside and watch the wildlife along the Cascade Creek.

This home is a side by side Duplex. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, lamp, dresser, full length mirror, and closet with hangers. The master bedroom has an electronic Serta Motion Perfect bed with a Serta sleeper mattress. The kitchen is furnished for all your cooking and baking needs. Wifi access, smart TV, Keurig, dishwasher, Laundry, and water softener.

Off street parking is provided. All snow removal and lawn care are provided. Garbage and recycling is on site. This home is professionally cleaned and meets and exceeds all sanitary needs of our guests. Many bathroom and kitchen essentials are provided.

Very comfortable. Great space for 2-3 even through there are 2 queens the kitchen table only sits 2 people. I would be very happy to stay here again. Out side a trail along a stream, lovely.

Clean & Cozy

Close to Mayo Clinic & fully stocked with lots of amenities which was super convenient while traveling out of state. Thanks again for giving the Western magazine to my dad! He loves old western memorabilia & antiques.

Great Stay All Around

We really liked our stay at this VRBO. The location was perfect as it was about a 10 minute walk to the hospital where our son was having a procedure. He was scheduled to be there between 2-4 weeks. We booked for 2 weeks and Broc was very accommodating in case our stay went longer or shorter. The house was very clean and had all the amenities one could need. The owners were very responsive. We had a couple of question for them during our stay and they got back to us within a few hours.I would definitely recommend this VRBO and owner and plan to stay at one of their properties if needed for our son in the future.

Delightful Duplex - clean, comfortable and well furnished with a great location

Stayed at this very clean, convenient and well furnished property for several months while work was being done on our house. Right away we felt very comfortable here. The kitchen was easy to use. The internet worked well. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet with plenty of linens, blankets and pillows. The bathroom was clean and well supplied with soft towels and quality amenities. With easy access to Rochester city trails we got to experience the end of summer, fall and winter here on our daily walks. We especially enjoyed the view from the living room’s large front window onto the Cascade Creek area. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops (a must) and the Mayo campuses (downtown and St. Marys). The host was easy to contact and quickly responded to our inquiries. I highly recommend.

Perfect for a quiet stay visiting the Mayo Clinic.

6 min walk to all appointments. Zero noise. Well thought out spot. Easy. Buy water for your stay if you are unaware on MN water. It’s the entire area.

Cozy Retreat

We were in town for annual medical appointments and it was so nice to come "home" on a cold winter night to this cozy retreat with all of the required amenities. Enjoyed the park-like view from the front window, the comfy beds linens, towels and shower. And the peace and quiet. Great location. Will stay again.

Rochester Duplex

Had a great stay at our duplex, beautiful location with a walking trail right outside the door. I loved the master bed and the full kitchen was a great addition.

Excellent access to trails, quiet area

We wound up in this property because of a calendar issue on the other half of the duplex. It worked out well for us. I want to offer the disclaimer that our review is influenced by some personal things we had going on during our stay. The property was clean, and communications with Broc were very easy and quick. It cannot be overstated how close the Kutzky Park trails are. Even though the house is pretty close to Civic Center Drive, we were impressed with how little we heard of traffic noise. We did hear the occasional helicopter coming into St. Mary's, but the property did a good job of keeping the day to day traffic noise out of the house. We were a party of three adults and the living space of the property was adequate for those who don't mind sharing spaces. While there is a basement, it is empty not really useful for extending the living space at this point. While there one of our party was recovering from surgery at Mayo and having a rough time. The floors and bedroom doors made it a difficult to keep quiet for our recovering light sleeper. We didn't find the sofa/futon to be particularly comfortable to sit on. There was a bar of some kind at an awkward location along the rear of the seating cushion that was difficult to avoid. The beds were comfortable and the adjustable nature of the Serta came in handy. The parking space was good as were access to Hy-Vee and Walgreens. The trail access was nice and we were able to enjoy sitting on the deck as well. Overall the property was as described, and it met our needs. Experiences with Broc were good and we left with a favorable impression.

We have lived in the neighborhood for over 12 years and enjoy being able to walk to Mayo Clinic in a few minutes. We spend a lot of time on the Cascade trails with our kids and are within a mile from 6 different parks. Our favorite coffee shops are Forager, Queen City, Moka, and Steam, all within walking distance.

This house is in the middle of downtown Rochester MN and in walking distance to all of Mayo Campus. It is located directly off of the biking/walking trail system. The living room views oversee the Cascade Creek with many wildlife to watch. Rather than being stuck in a hotel or a residential neighborhood experience the beautiful scenery and activity of downtown Rochester!
