Peaceful and relaxing neighborhood, with a fantastic deck with Weber grill and backyard.
Newly renovated, three bedroom, three bath home centrally located to all local conveniences. Located just 2 miles to the Mayo Clinic and St. Marys.
This home is nestled in a cozy established neighborhood with a fenced in backyard for maximum privacy. 1/2 mile to grocery store, 2-4 miles to all shopping and restaurants. Close to bus lines, bike trails and parks.
~I work from home part-time and am readily available to make your stay as great as possible. Please feel free to text me anytime. I can also help you plan any day excursions you would be interested in. We have many wineries, breweries, coffee houses and small quaint towns within an hour of Rochester.
~We have taken additional steps to clean and sanitize during this uncertain time. We use a CDC approved cleaning solution on all hard surfaces.

The property was perfect for our family of four, and the two living rooms spaces worked out well for us. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed for cooking and eating in. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds as well. Enjoyed out stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Owner was wonderful and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. We were in Rochester all week for appointments at Mayo Clinic and it was so nice to come “home” to a comfy cozy place. Loved the coffee bar and having the garage was so convenient. I also thought the neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. I enjoyed the paved walking trails near by. I am hoping we don’t need to return to the clinic but if we do I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it

Feels like Home

Amazing home!

This was an absolutely perfect home for our visit. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy and it was so clean! The kitchen was well stocked and met all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We spent four nights here while my husband received care at Mayo Clinic. The hosts were wonderful to work with - very prompt and accommodating. The well-stocked coffee and tea station deserves six stars! We would definately stay here again!

This house was perfect. Clean, plenty of space for the 5 of us, my husband, daughter, another daughter and son in law. We each had private space and room to congregate. We appreciated the over and above supplies provided - shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent, laundry soap, and even a fully stocked coffee bar - with pump flavors! And I don’t mean ‘starter packs’. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals for the 5 of us plus my son and DIL and new grandson that live in the area. Even a mixer and crockpot! Having a garage was very nice to use given the snowy weather, and it fit both vehicles easily.Nicki checked in with us, and was very responsive. We had snow one night and it was cleared before we got up.We definitely would stay here again when our whole family is visiting.

Nice neighborhood, comfy home

This property worked perfectly for us having appointments at Mayo clinic the close proximity only 8 to 10 minutes away was convenient. Very peaceful, restful home to come back to after a long day. Decent proximity to any shopping that you may need. The beds were very comfortable. The house was warm and cozy especially loved the coffee bar. Would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to return here in the future if we need a place to stay.

All the comforts of home

We had a short stay for a Mayo Clinic visit and this home was perfect for our needs. Close to Mayo (8 minute drive), and has everything we needed. Garage was a plus!

Great property. Very clean, very comfortable and looks like it was recently updated. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our visit to Mayo. The back deck provided a wonderful respite for morning coffee and a place to relax and soak in some sunshine. The host was very gracious and accommodating. Thanks for making our stay feel like home!
