This brick ranch features an open floor plan where the living room flows to the kitchen with a large island in the center, perfect for entertaining! There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen
size bed and office area. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed while the third is either two twin beds or a king size. There is a central bathroom shared for the three rooms plus an additional full bathroom and laundry area off the kitchen.

Fantastic stay! Brett was very easy to communicate with and helped us with some anniversary decor to surprise our parents. The house was perfect- size, location and stocked well. It was raining most of the weekend, so we didn’t get a chance to use the backyard, but it looked awesome. We’d stay here again without hesitation.

This place is great and was exactly what we needed for five adults and two dogs. Plenty of space inside for everyone and a huge fenced in yard for the pups! Also, easy access to downtown Charleston which was only about a 20 minute drive. There's also this great street about a mile up the road with yummy restaurants and bars. The hosts were fantastic too - very kind and gracious. Definitely recommend!

North Charleston trip

We enjoyed our stay. The house was located close to a great park, many restaurants and bars. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Beautiful home in North Charleston

The home was clean and very nice. The yard was perfect for our dogs to run around in as well. Lots of space for them to play fetch. The wrap around porch was also nice. The home owners/Vrbo hosts were great. Very kind and responsive. Would definitely book again.

Amazing house, located by whatever you need. Nice big backyard. Loved the front porch, I don't have one so I sat out there in the evenings. I'd definitely stay again.

Christmas in Charleston

Nice, updated, home in the cool Park Circle Neighborhood. The large fenced backyard was great for our family fido. Host responded quickly to questions. Games and puzzles came in handy since we were rained in a couple of days. Enjoyed it!

Great house for family get-together!

We came from FL,GA & VA to meet in this lovely central location. The house layout was great for visiting. Loved the porch when it was cool enough to be outside. We had plenty of supplies for all the cooking we did with the exception of a casserole dish. That is a very minor con.

great house in great location

I am a vrbo owner myself, so I am pretty picky! Our son recently moved to Park Circle and we wanted to stay close to him. The house was clean, well maintained and in a perfect spot (less then a mile from our son). Although there were only 2 of us, we chose this for the yard and the location and was not disappointed. We will be back!

Great hosts and location

North Charleston is a great home base to visit areas along the Georgia, South Carolina coast. Many cities and islands to visit within a 2 hour radius including Savannah, Hilton Head, Kiawah, Beaufort, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Myrtle Beach and many, many islands too numerous to mention. Hosts were outstanding and responded immediately to any questions and needs. The house has been renovated inside and is very comfortable. We definitely would recommend this area for a stay in the Charleston area. Downtown North Charleston has a great vibe with many restaurants and breweries. This home is within 5 miles of the Charleston airport and was very convenient for friends and family to visit.

Check in and out was very simple. The host is very responsive. The internet was good. The house has plenty of space for 6 people and pets. When my crew got to this house we were very happy to see it. The interior is nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked down to the seasonings. The bathrooms are nice with the main bathroom having a really cool shower head. They had plenty of towels and a very nice full set washer and dryer. It was VERY hot when we came for our stay. 94 degrees and feels like 107 degrees kinda hot. The house is located very close to alot of attractions and resturaunts and the beach. The host leaves info about the house and how things work there along with suggestions of places to eat and live music. I know I found it to be quite and relaxing. I was able to have a great amount of peace to read and study my bible. The only down thing was its that time of year where it mows and the grass grows quickly. We were not able to utilize the outdoor space to play with my dog. When we left on Tuesday they had came to mow as scheduled. It was so hot as well.....lol I don't imagine even if it was mowed my picky Enoch wouldnt want to stay out long anyway! So the grass being to tall didnt get in out way. They have a cute little place with a grill, table and chairs that was nice to have:)Take the time to check out the remodel in the kitchen it has been beautifully done. Thank you for allowing us to stay!!!

A nice place within driving distance of Charleston, SC

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this ranch home. The fenced-in yard was a benefit for our dog. However, we heard the neighbors partying well into the night, and there were so many cars in their driveway, it seemed like an Air B&B. Still, the price, location, and kitchen dishes were terrific at the VRBO we rented. Having use of a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer was a bonus. Enough towels and four TVs was amazing. We're glad we found this gem.

Good central location

The location was a good central location right outside of the busiest parts but close enough to get to everything very quickly. The Park Circle neighborhood is up-and-coming so lots of cute little shops and places to eat just down the street. The house was clean with most of the supplies we needed. The only slight issue was that a part of the fence had fallen over so we weren’t entirely comfortable letting the dog out without being on a leash for fear that he would get out.

Clean house with fenced in property

We had a great experience. House was clean and very homely. Short drive to Charleston and the beaches. Perfect fenced in yard for our dog. We will definitely come back.
