Trendy Park Circle es el centro de todo Charleston; Bañera de hidromasaje para 7 personas, bañera profunda con patas, hamaca, porches delanteros / traseros. ¡Para familia, amigos o romance! ¡El centro de Charleston en solo 13 a 20 minutos! 21 min de la playa. Cama de 150 años propiedad del propio diseñador de Park Circle, W. B. Marqués. (Parque central y jardines de Biltmore)


La cocina está completamente equipada con cristalería y herramientas para preparar comidas. Front Porch tiene mecedoras de listones con una excelente vista del vecindario. El baño tiene una bañera profunda con patas de hierro fundido (52 galones) y viene con una ducha de mano. El dormitorio principal con cama de plataforma (dos camas matrimoniales) tiene un ventilador de techo de 52 '' y 6 ventanas grandes con persianas y pisos de ROBLE. También hay otras tres habitaciones (temática francesa, victoriana y sureña). El corazón y el espacio central del lugar es el comedor, que cuenta con muebles antiguos transmitidos de la familia, que incluyen mesa de comedor, gabinete de China y buffet, junto con una lámpara de araña del hogar del centro de Charleston. DISH network disponible en 3 televisores de alta definición en 3 habitaciones. En el hogar WiFI disponible.  Suelos de pino en toda la casa. (Heart Pine es el pino original de la nación y es la abreviatura de heartland pine. Contrariamente a la opinión popular como Wikipedia, la frase original no significaba el corazón del pino. Todo se ha cosechado hace muchos años). La sala de estar tiene una zona de chimenea con un calentador de chimenea eléctrico independiente, sillones reclinables muy cómodos de cuero italiano, además de un hermoso sofá y un piano antiguo. El patio trasero es enorme con cercos de privacidad que lo rodean. Solo dos familias han tenido esta casa, otra y la nuestra. ¡Por favor, disfruta!

Friends Weekend

We had an absolute blast hanging out here! Beautiful location, beautiful backyard, loved the walking distance to Park Circle! The hot tub was amazing as well as the outdoor shower! Highly Recommend.

Amazing time!

We really enjoyed staying in this quaint and cozy home. The neighborhood was so cool and central to everything. The owners were awesome at communicating and had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there! We can't wait to book our next stay here!

Wonderful stay, excellent location!

What a charming home. Very clean, lots of rooms, comfy beds and great outdoor space. More remarkable were the hosts generous welcoming touches-a bottle of wine and anniversary card. Can't wait to return.

The quiet side of Charleston

Beautiful older home with a great backyard and jacuzzi. The house is in one of the nicest most peaceful neighborhoods I've stayed in.

Great house and location!

In June my family and I (5 adults plus our goldendoodle) stayed in this beautiful house for about a week and a half. The house is in a great location, in Park Circle. We were able to walk to many bars and restaurants, the walk was less than 5 minutes. It was a short drive to the North Charleston Coliseum, downtown Charleston and all the beaches. The backyard is huge! It’s great for hanging out or letting our hyper dog deal with her zoomies. The owners were always available within minutes if we had questions. When we arrived to the house the owners had left us a sweet note and a gift. We highly recommend this property!

We didn’t want to leave!

This was the perfect spot for my family to stay. The neighborhood was fantastic with so much to do for all ages. We loved the restaurants which were within walking distance. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean and inviting and had comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Charleston!

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful visit to Charleston! We enjoyed the southern charm of the house and our hosts were very attentive and accommodating. We brought home memories of early morning coffee on the front porch, to late night relaxing in the amazing hot tub! A great time had by all!

Birthday Dream

This place is not only gorgeous, it is the perfect place to relax or bring the family. My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the area and this home, we for sure will be back in the future.

Family Friendly Getaway

Our family traveled to N. Charleston for an anniversary getaway with our 14-month old in tow and we had a blast! This house was perfect for our family; a cute park 2 houses down, a fenced in background, and restaurants in walking distance. We were able to make quick day trips to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. This house fit the bill for everything we needed for a quick getaway!

Wonderful little getaway

We were in for our 12 year old sons baseball tournament at the Shipyard. This lil house was perfect for what we needed, and in a great location. We were within minutes of the baseball fields, and walking distance to many eateries and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful rental!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and had a fabulous time. The kitchen had everything you needed plus some, we enjoyed several long soaks in the bathtub, and the mud room was a perfect hangout spot to relax and enjoy watching football/movies. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had and were fabulous hosts. They had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there. We would recommend this property and hope to stay there again in the future.

Very nice home.

This was my second time staying in this home and I won't hesitate to stay again. The home is very clean and the hot tub is clean and well maintained. I am amazed at how many dishes, pots & pans and cooking utensils are in the kitchen. It's the most well stocked kitchen that I've seen in a rental. The Hosts are very attentive and easy to work with.

Cozy house in nice neighborhood

I traveled to Charleston for a long weekend with friends. The four bedrooms, two of which were adjoining, gave us plenty of room to spread out. We had several other rooms and the backyard, and front porch, to rotate between for hanging out. The house was very clean. The downtown area about five minutes walk away had nice restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The beach and historic Charleston were easy Lyft rides away. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay!

Southern getaway

My family and I spent an entire week at this historic home in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston. The hosts were fantastic. They were very accommodating and quick to respond to requests. The home location is perfect. The neighborhood is quaint and relaxing. And the hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of Charleston exploration. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to any friends or family. In fact, my family hopes to someday return for a second visit. Five stars!!!

Amazing Property!!!

This quaint home in North Charleston was a perfect fit for my family and I for the 7 day stay. We were here for baseball and enjoye devery moment we got to spend in the house. The rooms are nice and the master bed is amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub nightly and the large back yard was perfect for our 14 year old. The owners came by a few times to check the hot tub for chemicals etc and they always communicated and were very friendly and pleasant. The neighborhood was amazing, we were in walking distance to multiple restaurants and on the weekend could hear the live bands from the spacious front porch. Definitely recommend this property and owners if you are ever in the area!

Cozy, One story Home in No. Charleston,Va

Lovely home with charming touches. Fenced in back yard with fire pit & hot tub. We enjoyed the front porch, played cards at night on the antique dining table. Kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy. There is only one bath but plenty of towels. There is a standing shower plus a claw foot bath tub. We arrived in town early & the owner was able to accomodate us an hour earlier than check in. Quiet neigborhood, lots of people walking pups. Overall, wonderful stay, no complaints.

Charleston Charmer

We loved this vintage home. It was a perfect retreat after a long day sight seeing. It was beautifully appointed, nicely decorated, and very functional. We loved relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs and all of us thought the beds were extremely comfortable. The private fenced backyard was extraordinary. There was a nice hot tub, outside shower, firepit, picnic area, and cornhole set. The hot tub was really enjoyable after a long day playing tourst. The safe neighborhood is also in a great location. You could walk 2 blocks and find many restraunts and bars, some with live music. Nice to have a couple cocktails and not have to drive! The owners were also very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

Wedding/Vacation Getaway

I think that this house was perfect and cozy. It was very clean and literally had everything there that I needed and then some. The owners were very easy to get ahold of when I had an issue involving a missing tub stopper and resolved that issue very quickly. The only little complaint that I have was that I couldn't watch television in the bedrooms. This was because there were not many channels that were available with anything but the news on them. I would suggest to put smart televisions in the bedrooms so that guests could log into their own TV apps so with movies or shows. Other then that I enjoyed my stay and the bottle of wine the owner had left us was a great welcome gift.

A stay at grandma’s house

We felt at home in this quaint little old brick house which boasts a huge fenced yard, hot tub, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, oversized picnic table, outdoor shower, and corn hole set. The bedrooms and beds were comfy and ample for the 5 of us. (4 adults and 1 11 year old.) We brought and prepared Thanksgiving dinner with relative ease in the small but well stocked kitchen. The lack of a dishwasher was a minor inconvenience with the amount of dishes we had but nothing to really complain about. The only bathroom with a somewhat makeshift shower and gorgeous and comfy tub had the most amazing water pressure and nearly instant hot hot hot water as did the really fun outdoor shower. If you don’t care about all the modern bells and whistles and just want to enjoy time with your people and pets (very very dog friendly) and be comfortable then this is the place. I would normally have said the personal family photos are a little bit of a put off but in this place they just fit and are a proper homage to the folks who made this house a home and shared it with us. Thanks to David, Tamra, and Lisa for getting us in early and being so accommodating and communicative.
