Perfect location for our daughters Wedding at Runnymede!

Charming house in a great location. Close to airport. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to highways. Host is very responsive and helpful with any needs. Great backyard with firepit for relaxing. Spent many pre daughter wedding days out there! Thanks so much Chris!

Great location and nice stay!

We had an overall good experience at this location! I only give it four stars because the house needs some updating in general. Some things have been kept up, and some things just felt pretty rustic. If you like super soft beds, you will love this. We are firm mattress people so did not sleep well. The sheets are great.Cornhole wasn't an option as, we assume, one of the recent guests must have needed a few bags for souvineers. The host was responsive, but we could not get any games going. :( We LOVED the location of this place!!Backyard and firepit were spot on as well. Overall, it was a good experience, and we made some good memories!

Spring Break Trip

Had a great stay in North Charleston for our spring break trip. The house was a convenient drive for everything we wanted to do. The house was very clean and well equipped. Communication was great, quick, and accurate. Would stay there again should we visit again.

Wonderful stay!

There were a number of things about this trip that were great! Chris was great about communicating and any questions I had were answered within 10 mins. THe check-in and check-out process couldn't have been any easier than they were. The house is quite comfortable. Beds were SOOOO comfortable! The rooms were spacious and SPOTLESS! There was 3" of snow and ice everywhere, so I'm not able to comment on the yard, but it's fenced and was great for our visit that included two small dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The location was very central to everything. It was practically a straight shot into downtown and only took us about 10-15 mins. It was the best VRBO stay I've experienced in every way!

Brothers Wedding

My family and I needed a place to stay for my brothers wedding. The host Chris was very helpful and timely with any questions. The house was very nice and had all the day to day items we needed. The fenced in back yard was wonderful for our girl! Would love to stay again in the future!

Good value

This listing is a good value. Located in a quiet neighborhood right off the main drag. The house is old and shows its age but it was clean and modestly furnished. We enjoyed the use of the backyard with fire pit. We did not have any issues during our stay and would stay again.

Good value

Property is convenient for 20-30 min drive to Charleston minus the downtown high prices. Value was good. Clean and safe. Property in need of some repairs, reported to property manager with no response. All communication seemed timed, with no personal responses. We had what we needed. No complaints.

1st day of vacation

While traveling to Florida we needed an overnight stay to break the long trip into something more reasonable. Found this gem and absolutely loved our stay. Too bad it was only for one night. Check in was simple and the house was clean and cozy with comfortable bedding. It's close to the beach and away from the traffic. I recommend a stay here if staying in the area. Thank you

Wonderful Quiet Clean House

This house was very clean and easy to locate. The host is phenomenal at communicating!! Very quick responses and advice. This was a great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend this property if you want comfort, relaxation, and quiet. This house has a very homey, relaxed feel as soon as you arrive. Would definitely rent from this host again.
