The most recently renovated home on the island, this unit has been completely reimagined and is quite simply, stunning. The entire unit has been redone in the stylings of Neutral Coastal Casual by designers flown in to stay on the island so they could perfectly capture the essence of this island paradise. Step inside and you will feel like you have walked into the pages of Architectural Digest.

This charming abode features all new everything. From the ten-thousand-dollar Cafe style appliance package to the finest thousand thread count sheets, everything in the home is top shelf. Located on the desired “ocean side”, you will be just steps from a private beach, pool and spa. Lounge on the pristine powder-like sugar sand beach or enjoy one of the private palapas as you take in the beautiful one-of-a-kind view of the majestic waters.

This unit comes with the use of high-end golf cart equipped with a blue tooth compatible stereo. You can stream your Bluetooth tunes on your the way to the Trattoria for lunch or the market to pick up food for your day at the beach (DUE TO COVID-19 restrictions, visitors are not currently allowed to use the Island Market or Trattoria). On Island Club Facilities and Restaurants are not available to guests.

This delightful end unit boasts one of the largest balconies in the Seaside Community. It is a perfect location to take in the amazing Miami nights. The elevated balcony is massive. It is high enough to evade the “street noise”, but not so high you have to waste island time waiting on an elevator. We Love Fisher Island!

Fisher Island is extraordinary. A private high end, but not over-stated, Carribean retreat that is a 10-minute ferry boat ride from everything that is Miami. This apartment is up to date, clean and well kept. The golf cart could use an upgrade and parking is a little confusing. Would be helpful if the host/manager was available by phone (instead of only email).

Beautiful and peaceful

We loved our stay. The condo offers every comfort imaginable. The only downside was not being able to use the amenities or the grocery store on the island. We had family staying at the hotel for part of our stay so we were able to eat at some of the restaurants which were fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful place for our family to relax!

Fabulous

I have been coming to Fisher Island for many years and it is the first time that I have stayed in this condo. It is up to par with the luxury standards of Fisher Island and it was a pleasure dealing with Jenny. The whole process was very smooth and she is extremely responsive to any question or concern that you might have but I doubt you will have any because this island and condo are a piece of heaven. If you want complete privacy and peace and quiet this is the place.

Superb A+++

The unit is trendy, clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The island is magical and the ferry ride was convenient. The beaches are glorious and the grounds were beautiful to walk and enjoy. This is an incredible unit and the host is super gracious. This is by far my favorite place to stay in south beach. It’s truly an oasis!!

Amazing rental!

The condo and location were absolutely amazing! The unit was quiet, spacious and gorgeous! There is a private beach area and pool, and you are just minutes from South Beach. The owners were awesome to work with, check in was easy and the island was AMAZING! The ferry was extremely easy to navigate. This condo allows you to have a tranquil, secluded vacation while also enjoying all that Miami has to offer. Do not think twice about renting. We would 100% stay there again if we return to Miami!!

Fisher Island is a one of kind location

We recently rented the unit as we have never been to Fisher Island and wanted to enjoy the Island. If you have the chance this is a must do. Fisher Island is truly unique place that must be enjoyed if you have the opportunity. The unit is exactly as advertised. Great location (very near to the owner's beach), has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Rooms are very nice and the outside balcony is huge. Any questions we had before or during our stay were answered by the host. As beautiful l and unique as fisher island is, it's too bad that they will not allow the renters to enjoy in any of the amenities. Fisher Island is a cash free resort so you need to charge everything on your account. Because we were renters, we could not take advantage of the bars, restaurants, grocery store, golf, tennis, etc. Being the summer they were all empty and probably would have enjoyed the extra volume. Even with this issue we still had an amazing time. I would definitely rent again especially if they change the rule about renters and the use of some of the amenities..

Paradise in Miami

Fisher Island is the Ultimate destination for being surrounded with ocean, yatchs, golf, tennis, Spa and nature and exceptional service. Great romantic and family get away. Golf cart was a huge plus that lets you explore the whole place. Olivia and Jenny were amazing to work with. We never left the island because it was so perfect!!!!

Lovely location

The island is a nice quiet retreat from the crowds but very convenient to miami and south beach. The apartment was lovely and close to the pool and residence beach. The balcony is a large, wrap around balcony but sits on top of the garage entrance and faces the road. Owner should provide renters with a map of island so renters know how to find building. On Fisher island maps, the building is 191. Guest parking is located on the far side of building 192 but there are unmarked parking spaces just to the right of building 191 and we used that area. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent private getaway

This is a beautiful property on a beautiful, private island just off South Beach. Located about 100 yds from a stunning Oceanside pool and 1/2 mile long nearly deserted beach it is a great place to get away. There were no facilities open to guests on the island at the time of our visit due to COVID. This was not a problem for us as we drove and brought food, beverages etc with us, but if we had flown in, we would have needed to rent a car to do all shopping and dining off the island. Everything you do on the island, beach club, golf, tennis, spa, shopping and restaurants requires membership in the Fisher Island Club. Prior to COVID daily memberships could be purchased for $100/day. With COVID that is not available so plan accordingly

Amazing all around

We’ve been renting at Fisher Island for 13 years and have never had such a wonderful experience with the service of the landlord. There was immediate responsiveness for anything we needed, even during the holiday. The condo was immaculate and every detail had been considered. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you!

Great property!

We were very happy with our stay and would book again without hesitation. The location is amazing. The pool and beach are about a 5 minute walk from the front door. We seldom waited more that a couple of minutes for the ferry.
