Enjoy the sugary white sand and crystal-clear emerald Gulf views from this spacious 11th floor East end condo. This beautifully decorated 1430 sq. foot 2-bedroom, 2 bath beach-front condo offers a 30-foot private balcony, high speed wireless internet, and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach service set-ups.). Enjoy the beautiful gulf views from the master bedroom, equipped with a king-sized bed. The on suite bathroom offers a newly remodeled walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. For additional sleeping accommodations, the warmly decorated guest bedroom offers two queen-sized beds, as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room area. This unique space offers tile throughout with carpeting in both bedrooms, a separate wet bar with icemaker, and a full-size washer and dryer.

Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking. For monthly reservations (over 28 days) please contact Destin Gulfgate directly.

Best property in Destin!

The location and views were amazing! This unit was an end unit with lots of light, very spacious, and it has an ice machine in the unit that made it so convenient to take a cooler down to the beach. Highly recommended this unit! Thanks for having us!

Another great visit to beautiful Destin Gulfgate

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Gulfgate many times going back to the 1990's. Each time I have left with a heavy heart because love being there so much. I am impressed with everything about Gulfgate but perhaps the most impressive aspect of each visit is how the rooms and amenities seem to get better each time. The owners do a great job of maintaining and improving the entire property. The rooms are spacious, the deck is by far the best I have ever seen at a condo and every condo is so well furnished. We have many times invited family members and friends to stay with us and it never fails that they say it is the best condo they have ever seen.

The passing of Hurricane Helene to our east provided 24 hours of adventure and high surf but no real problems. We’ve stayed at DG many time over the years and it just gets better. It is well maintained, modernized, and the unit was outfitted with all the needed or could ask for. The staff members are outstanding as well. For the experience the value was excellent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an overall amazing experience in this unit. This is by far the most well stocked kitchen in any condo we have ever stayed in. Not really any complaints, just would like to suggest that you add cushions to the patio loungers. We really couldn’t use those for lack of comfort. During our stay only one elevator worked. The working elevator was the smaller of the two so that was interesting and time consuming.
