3br/3ba Marshview Townhouse w/ shared Pool & Dock

Come unwind at Turtle Bay Resort on the "Edge of America". Our recently renovated and freshly furnished property provides our guests with the opportunity to enjoy all that Folly Beach has to offer. We are ideally situated just a few blocks from Center St and several public beach accesses. Don't feel like leaving? Lounge by the pool or jump in the river from our community dock. Bring your fishing poles, bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks for endless fun. Our townhouse has something for everyone.

The space
Beach chic with modern style. Every piece of furniture was purchased new in 2020! Curated artwork adorns our walls throughout, and all appliances were recently updated.

Our open floorplan flows through the shared kitchen/dining/ & living spaces and features a large sectional couch facing the 60" TV, an 8 person dining room table, and an island bar. A screened in porch will keep the bugs away, while a table for 4 and outdoor loveseat can accommodate all 7 guests outside. Everyone can find a comfortable spot, while still staying in the action.

Need some privacy? The 3 bedrooms (4 beds total), 3 baths, and top deck sun patio await. Each bedroom features a smart TV with premium cable channels and full ensuite bathroom. The master bath even has a large soaker tub to relax and unwind in after a hard day at the beach!

The garage and carport are large enough to accommodate 2 large cars and a golf cart (rentals available nearby). There is plenty of room for your to store your beach toys safely and securely inside. An outdoor shower was recently installed to help keep the sand and salt where it belongs.

Common areas include a community pool and dock with gazebo. There is river access from a long floating dock and ladder. Swim, paddle, and fish within steps of our unit. Mind the oyster beds along the banks, and pay attention to the strong currents! Unfortunately no private boats are allowed, but the Folly Beach public boat ramp is just 100 yards away, and Sunset Cay Marina is nearby offering transient slips.

Our guests will have the entire unit to themselves. They will have access to the community pool and dock with a code supplied at the time of arrival.

Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Folly Beach! The space was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were very comfy, communication with the host was excellent, and check-in and check-out were super easy. We had a great time exploring and felt right at home.

Easy Stay

Family room large enough to easily accommodate larger group and not feel on top of each other. Beds were comfortable. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants on Folly. Easy check-in and out. Only recommendation is to provide soap for showers and if possible shampoo/conditioner or at least note need to bring.

Great girl’s getaway

Excellent property! Clean and very well stocked unit! Our group of 6 friends had a great stay! Owners are responsive with communication and gave us great restaurant recommendations! It is easy to walk to restaurants and beach from property, although car or golf cart is helpful with beach gear! Pool area with beautiful marsh view! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean & Spacious

Will & Lynn were kind to us on a issue we had with our travel plans. They also had an issue pop up with the home on the day of arrival, but had it resolved before the evening. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay & will look to be back one day soon! Would recommend to anyone that wants easy access to all the Folly has to offer.

House is exactly as pictured. Beautiful. Perfect set up and layout! There was a couple of issues, but the owners were very attentive and helpful and immediately rectified the issues. They were very helpful with recommendations on things I inquired about. I truly appreciate their attentiveness! Definitely would go back! Nice location, about 8-10 minute walk to beach. 3-5 minute walk to Main Street. Lots of beach chairs, and wagon. I would recommend renting a golf cart for your stay, it was fun and convenient when going to dinner and beach!

This property was perfect for our needs. It was myself and two boys 8 & 18. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was clean and tidy. They even had board games to play with. Overall a great place to stay. The owners were great with communication as well and answered all questions before our trip and during our trip. I would definitely book again.

Perfect spot!

We had a girls trip for my daughter’s 16th birthday and stayed at the residence. We loved everything about the house. The house was spotless and smelled clean when we arrived. It looked just like the photos depicted. The community rock was so nice for watching the sunset and relaxing. The house came equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close enough to Charleston, but felt far enough away from the big city! It was within walking distance to everything we did in Folly Beach. We are already planning our next trip to Folly Beach and are planning to stay here again!

Fall break

My husband and I wanted a family get away that could accommodate my 13 year old son who loves to fish and my 2 college aged daughters. This was perfect. We love the folly beach area and this condo was in the perfect location. The condo was very clean, and comfortable. Kitchen and condo were well stocked with everything we needed. The weather wasn’t perfect during our trip but we were able to enjoy staying in because everything was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

We had such a wonderful vacation, loved the location and the condo was perfect! We accidentally packed two of the beach towels and offered to pay and/or order replacements, but the property manager was difficult to work with and charged for 7 towels and 2 chairs that we did not take. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property itself!

Spectacular Place in a great location

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this home at Folly Beach. Location is perfect...you can walk anywhere you need to go. The home seems brand new. Everything is updated, beds are comfortable, kitchen is great, etc. I honestly cannot come up with a single thing I'd change about it. Our family loved it and won't hesitate to return.

Great place at folly beach

This is a great place to stay. Easily can sleep up to 7 people. The location is just a short walk to the resturants and beach. Quite neighborhood. Stairs are required to be climbed. The only problem we had was the front door locking mechanism. The bolt would get stuck on the faceplate not allowing the door to be opened. Finally got it to open by pulling the door several times as it was being unlocked. It could use some work as it wasn't installed correctly.
