Esta casa adosada de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en el codiciado vecindario de Turtle Bay. La casa recientemente renovada y amueblada fue ocupada por el propietario hasta mayo de 2019 y nueva en el mercado de alquiler. ¡Esta casa adosada está idealmente situada en la comunidad con una vista incomparable del río Folly! La piscina está convenientemente ubicada al lado de esta unidad con una entrada de acceso más privada a la piscina. Caminando rápidamente a la playa y al centro de Folly, ¡disfrutarás de lo mejor de todos los mundos! El estacionamiento se adapta cómodamente a 2 autos. 10 out of 10, would stay again!

Very comfortable and clean condo with easy access to everything Folly. The sunsets were gorgeous off the deck and dock. Every member of my family commented that they wanted to come back. We had a small issue with the door lock and called for assistance after hours. The property manager responded promptly and had a maintenance person come change out the lock that night. You can't ask for better response. They checked on us mid week to make sure everything was going well. Great property and service.

Nice view, but parking is not good

The house was nice, clean and accommodating. It had an excellent view and the beds were very comfortable! However, the parking was a major problem. The garage and carport were very tight and impossible for 3 cars to fit without the last one sticking way out, and you couldn’t get out of the car on both sides because it was so narrow. The apartment was on the corner which made it even more difficult to get in and out of the garage. None of this was mentioned in the description. When we arrived we couldn’t get the garage door to open. We had to call and request help, but he didn’t know the code either. We finally got in the house and had to go downstairs and open the garage door manually to get our cars inside, but we couldn’t unload them from inside the garage because it was too narrow. It was extremely inconvenient! Other than the parking issue, the apartment was very quiet and nice, and close to restaurants and the beach. We were able to walk most places without too much trouble.

Peaceful getaway

TURTLE BAY 16 - Stayed here with my S.O. & another couple for a Charleston wedding ... Folly is complete for a getaway, so we didn't have to travel to town a lot ... Our group was low 60 year old's, so the stairs (15 into condo, 17 upstairs - lol) kept us on our toes at times ... Condo was in good shape and fairly well equipped in all ways ... It was very nice to have a garage to park in away from weather and away from public eye ... Area is secluded and a short walk from the main drag for restaurants, etc. ... About a 15 minute walk to Pier, all through neighborhoods, so quiet. We definitely enjoyed the stay and would definitely look to stay here again if / when we visit again ... THANKS for the hospitality!

All Good But..

Everything was great, clean rooms and nice area. However, there were lots of gnats in the house and not enough extra cover. It turned cool while we were there and I'd rather sleep with an extra blanket than turn the heat up.

Girls Trip

We recently stayed here for a girls trip to Charleston. The condo was really nice. The rooms were big and comfortable and it was very clean. We did have an issue with the front door not locking and we communicated that issue but it didn’t get fixed during our stay. Other than that we loved everything about our stay!

Another trip to Folly

Our family has been vacationing in the Charleston, SC area for several years now with Folly Beach being one of our favorite places to stay. The property was perfect for the family vacation, located next to the pool and only a short walk to the beach.

Spring break fun

Loved this place. Gorgeous views of the river with access to the dock for fishing. Beds were comfy, living area was spacious and not cluttered. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. 2 balconies to view the sunsets with nice chairs outside. Bugs weren't bad when we were there but the screened in porch was great. Easy access to Folly shops & beach.

Great spring break getaway

Everything was smooth and the property was well represented in the pictures. The place is very well stocked in the kitchen. We'll go back and hopefully will get some nice sunset views next time. Our weather wasn't the greatest this trip.

We loved our stay at Turtle Bay 16. Great location, beautiful views, easy walk to town/beach, Ubers available to and from Charleston. Very comfortable accommodations. My Ocean Rental was very easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

E booked this location out of desperation due to the late reservation. Not sure I could have found a better place if given 6 months to do so. Great spot

What a great spot! We saw kayakers, paddleboarders, pelicans fishing, dolphins. The kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet even though we were by the pool. Loads of folly fun. Outstanding

The unit perfect for an extended family gathering. It is ideally placed on the backside of the island so it is quiet, with a sweeping view of marsh sunsets, easy walk to the beach with access to the community dock, for those in the group who enjoy fishing (we caught five different species of fish, including a keeper flounder caught by my two year old niece). Great unit with a view! Clean, safe, and a pool

Wonderful condo, including private garage and access to shared pool. Views of the river/intercostal is beautiful. The condo is spotless and everything is great working order and comfortable. The location is very convenient with a great breakfast place only 2 block away and more restaurants and the beach within easy walking distance. The 20 minute drive to Charleston is easy. Amazing vacation home!

Everything about our visit was perfect! This home had the most beautiful view, the cleanliness was impressive, and there was more than enough space for 8 people! We all stayed comfortably and made some beautiful memories within the home, on the porches, the dock, the beach, and downtown. The location was great as it was a 3-5 minute ride to the beach and about a 20-25 minute drive to Downtown Charleston. Wonderful

This townhouse was great. It was the perfect fit for my family. Would definitely stay there again. The only problem we had was with the washing machine. It is a front load washer. When I opened the door to load laundry,the seal around the washer was mildewed. I have heard there are issues with these washers. I cleaned it and washed our laundry. Gorgeous Townhouse

We go to Folly every year for the last 8 years and typically rent townhouses in Water Edge or Turtle Bay. Turtle Bay 16 is by far, the best townhouse. It's right next to the pool and fishing/crabbing dock. They have a commercial crab trap to use and we took advantage of it. Kids loved the fishing and crabbing.
