Nicely furnished, fully-equipped Austin model (1150 sq. ft.) Cottage home. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and laundry facilities.. A Gas powered 2 seat Golf cart is also included at no extra charge.

This rental package includes:
Up to 4 guests
Wireless internet
All utilities
Daily newspaper
Resident ID passes (for the use of all amenities)
No cleaning fee
Dish Premium Satellite TV

The fully equipped kitchen has all appliances, including an automatic Keurig coffeemaker and a breakfast island with abundant space for reading the newspaper while enjoying a full breakfast. All dishes, silverware, serving pieces, pots, pan, baking dishes and utensils are also included.

The dining room table has an expansion leaf so it can seat up to six guests.

The living room has a comfortable loveseat and two electric recliners for relaxing and watching the wall mounted HDTV after a busy day. Sliding doors lead to an enclosed "Florida Room" that is fully furnished so it can be enjoyed even on the cooler winter evenings. .

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with an abundance of space with a king size bed, 2 night stands with built in USB charging ports, and a wall mounted flat panel HDTV

The second bedroom has traditional queen size bed, chest of drawers, two night stands with USB charging ports and a wall mounted flat panel HDTV.

The home is situated on a corner lot and located just minutes away from 2 community swimming pools and the Pimlico Recreation Center.

It was such a priviledge to stay in Kevin's home. We stayed 10 days so we could be next to our mom in The Billages. He was so accommodating and the place was perfect for us!! We will for SURE book with Kevin again when we are back thru this area. Book it..... you will NOT be disappointed!!

Outstanding!

The house was furnished with everything you may need during your stay. Most importantly, Kevin (our host), was so hospitable and available for any questions we had. He even spent time with us when we first arrived and showed us all the main cart paths with the golf cart. To top it off, he arranged our transportation to the airport. Does it get much better than that?

Great Village Home With Golf Cart.

Kevin was a great host. The house was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, bars of soap, dish washer detergent, etc. We had use of the golf cart during our stay. Nice neighborhood. Lots of shops and restruants close by.

The owner was available for opening and orientation. The communication was excellent. The home was supplied more than required for a vacation. There were two golf carts available. The home is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended.

FABULOUS House AND Host!!!

This was the BEST VRBO house we have ever rented and we have rented quite a few! Kevin was also the BEST host!! He is friendly, attentive to the needs of his guests, and the house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. He provides quality paper products for your whole stay (we stayed 11 nights), laundry products, a very nice Keurig coffee maker with a tower of pods, dish soap, soaps for the bathrooms, etc! There was even a container of nail clippers under the bathroom sink and a shower chair for use. The house is in the perfect location, in the middle of The Villages, not far from Lake Sumter Landing. It was especially nice that he included a golf cart and even left us a 4 person one since there were 4 of us staying there! THANK YOU, KEVIN!! 😊

Best rental experience EVER!

The home owner is wonderful. The home is well decorated, well stocked, pet friendly and very comfortable. Never have we had a home owner provide most of the items we needed to be functional, ex, paper products, laundry products, a daily paper, grooming products and coffee products. He even provided a case of bottled water in the frig!!! It was very nice having use of a golf cart. We used it to go to Lake Sumter Landing where we enjoyed numerous restaurants, shopping, bars, nightly music and the grocery. Loved Cody's, RJ Gators and Sonny's BBQ restaurants. Loved the Winn Dixie at Lake Sumter Townsquare. Got everything we needed and they had wonderful t-bone steaks at a reasonable price. The home owner provided quest passes for us so we were able to play golf for $4 per person, which is unreal!! The Walmart near the home was clean and customer friendly. The neighborhood was great, the lawns were well manicured, the trash was picked up twice weekly, the trees were beautiful with the hanging moss and we loved the palm trees and gardens, so pretty :O) The home owner was always accessible and went out of his way to meet our needs. For ex, I mentioned I liked Tide detergent and a day later he contacted me to let me know that he'd gotten some and it was waiting at the door for me! Our son and his family visited for the day and he offered us a 2nd golf cart to use during the visit. His thoughtfulness and kindness made our first visit to the Villages a memorable event and we appreciate everything he did for us.

We saved $$ as this rental included a golf cart!!! We didn't have to rent a car!

In addition to the golf cart--the home itself was the perfect place for us. Kevin was a great host, always available. the home was impeccable and well equipped with all our needs. the location was nice and quiet yet near close to restaurants, grocery store, and many stores. I would highly recommend this rental.
