Have an awesome vacation in Sun City!

Sun City is a peaceful and fun 55+ community.

This two bedroom, two bath home has it all! A comfortable living room with a 50" TV with streamed live TV and programs. Quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and other items. There is also a pass through window from the kitchen to the back patio for entertaining purposes. Covered patio with comfortable patio furniture. Two car garage is spacious.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Quality mattresses and sheets in each bedroom.

Both bathrooms have sparkling quartz countertops and quality towels.

Excellent location in Phase II of Sun City. This is an age restricted community, so one renter must be 55+. Home is near Bell road for easy access to freeways, restaurants, places of worship, and shopping.

This is the owners first and only vacation rental. We are looking forward to making your stay a pleasant one. We will respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns!

Great Place!

Great getaway location

The house was ideal for the two couples. Well furnished with all the necessities for an enjoyable week. Dealing with Cynthia was extremely easy and she is a wonderful host. It is close grocery and restaurants, with easy access to the major highways. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home

We were here for 11 days and everything went very well. The owners were very nice and made sure the check in and oit went smoothly. They also checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We greatly appreciate their kindness and enjoyed staying in their home.

Adorable, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to recreation centers.

My husband and I fell in love with this property immediately. It is extremely comfortable and has everything we need. Nice linens, towels, grill, covered back patio, and the list goes on. Cynthia, our host, was very helpful and gracious and within a short time we were settled in and enjoying ourselves. We'll be back!

Feels like home

It really feels like home which makes the stay better. Was able to do multiple early morning hikes. Sitting on the patio was relaxing before or after the heat. Was a convenient location for me. Cynthia took time to guve options about using the Sun City rec centers.

Sun City house

This was truly the most enjoyable VRBO house we've ever stayed at! Start to finish our experience was far beyond spectacular. Owner was accommodating and extremely helpful at all times. The house was perfect in every way possible! Clean, well stocked with all the basic necessities including all the kitchen equipment, towels, etc. We can't wait to stay there again soon! Excellent service, excellent accomodations!

Peaceful oasis thoroughly enjoyed

This home was in a peaceful location close to many of Sun City's amenities, and was comfortable, well-kept, and had a wonderful shaded patio that I enjoyed almost every day. Cynthia, the owner, bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed, was quick to answer questions, and was a great person to work with for our first time renting a home for a month with VRBO. Five stars!

Very nice home!

I loved Cynthia's home! It isn't a short-walking distance to anything, but is still a very short drive. It was so nice having a garage to park in and a back covered patio to sit on! The home was well stocked with what we needed and she even provided some extra's which was super sweet of her!
