Sun City es una comunidad de jubilados de más de 55 años y un inquilino debe cumplir con el requisito de edad. Nuestra casa es una casa para no fumadores, pero se permite fumar en el porche trasero. Nuestra casa está ubicada en una calle tranquila con fácil acceso a tiendas, eventos culturales y deportivos. Decoradas con buen gusto para permitir esa sensación hogareña que buscamos cuando viajamos. El dormitorio principal en estilo victoriano simple permite a los huéspedes relajarse en una luz tranquila con vista al patio trasero. El dormitorio de invitados está configurado para satisfacer las necesidades de aquellos que requieren un espacio de oficina para el trabajo o el ocio. Se incluyen dos escritorios, así como acceso de impresión. La sala de estar y el comedor están inspirados en el tema 'Ruta 66 / autopista' y añaden un encanto rústico. El baño es de tamaño completo y ofrece bañera y ducha de tamaño completo. Un espacioso y apantallado Lanai permite un descanso para tomar café temprano en la mañana con la observación de conejos o un vistazo a los pantanos de codornices que aman nuestra área. Nos encanta ver a todos los bebés siguiendo la codorniz de mamá con un destino seguro en mente. Tómate un descanso, solo escapa unas noches o unas semanas a este lugar soleado en tu próximo viaje al Valle del Sol de Arizona. Las temperaturas de otoño / invierno son perfectas para actividades al aire libre y la primavera / verano permite golf de bajo costo y diversas actividades en interiores en instalaciones de recreación cercanas. Si disfruta de un día en el casino, disfrute de un viaje gratis a Harrahs con salidas dos veces al día desde el centro Bell Rec. Generalmente reservamos la temporada de snowbird con un año o más de anticipación.

Pleasant stay for older couple

Lana & Hollie were wonderful. The orange trees in back were wonnerful. The property was older, but well maintained.

Home with great location.

This home is located in a great location. It was easy to find our way to groceries, recreation centers, shopping, park and airport. We particularly enjoyed picking oranges from the trees in the backyard; (thank you for the electric juicer); and sipping fresh orange juice every day. We found there to be many activities in the area and the home was cozy and comfortable for us to return to each day. Hollie, the property manager, was very helpful during our stay. Thank you.

Our stay in Sun City, AZ

We enjoyed our stay in Sun City . The location of our rental was great. We were close to the Peoria Baseball stadium, our main reason for being in the area. We had fresh orange juice each morning from the backyard trees. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place to walk. Fry's Grocery store supplied us with all we needed. We found everything as stated in the listing of the property. The house was clean and had what we needed. We did miss WiFi and ESPN but we knew these would not be available when we booked the rental.

Winter 2022 stay

The owners and property manager were very responsive to any and all issues in a very timely manner (nothing major). This home is clean and comfortable, which was very important to us. Like one of the previous comments the lanai area could use some updating for best use. We appreciated having a grill, plenty of cookware, nice kitchen appliances, (dishwasher could be updated, but does the job) and cooking utensils Also having a nice laundry area was appreciated. We had good TV reception and internet. Another plus in our minds was the extra leaf for the dining table which made it easy to work on jigsaw puzzles. Thank you for a wonderful two months.

1st time rental in Sun City AZ

Great place to stay, eat and sleep. Easy access to Rec Centers and Golf. A bit lacking in outdoor lounging and entertaining space. But there are plenty of opportunities to get some sun. Host and owners were fantastic.

Comfortable Cozy Home

I loved the house and felt like it was very "homey" from the start. The kitchen had everything I would need if I chose to cook, which wasn't often! But the place had it all! The master bed room had the most comfortable bed and was very cozy. The remodeled bath was lovely and clean. All in all I would recommend the home to anyone who wants a home away from home in Sun City.

The house was just what we were looking for. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly. It had easy access to the main roads. Enjoyed the warm weather and the sunshine.

Great Home For Your Phoenix Vacation

We spent several weeks in Phoenix and thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home in Sun City. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed our morning walks. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with Lana and Joe was great. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone visitng Phoenix.

This home was one step for my husband, Joe, and I as we headed toward retirement. We were formerly from the Midwest and moved to Arizona when Joe retired from GM in Flint, Michigan. We chose Sun City because we lead an active lifestyle and love the proximity to not only recreation facilities but also hiking the nearby peaks that allow for various fitness levels. Local theaters, bus tours, classes, and activities met our needs perfectly. Sun City allows multiple opportunities for volunteering or getting involved. That is why we moved to this sunny spot and why we love it here!

Our house has Proximity to anything and everything that more mature people look for: Events, classes, libraries, churches, outdoors, fitness, and cultural ....Activities are affordable and geared toward individual interests of renters.....and of course, GOLF....lots of GOLF....at affordable rates. Additionally, the crafter or vintage lover or collector will be amazed the opportunities to find exactly what you are looking for. Estate sales and crafting classes are abundant in our area. Who could ask for anything more?

Our home is traditional not modern. It is reminscient of a simpler time. If simple decor in vintage fashion is your style, our home will be perfect for you. We love watching the hummingbird alight and fight for a spot on the baskets that adorn our entryway. it is common to walk out to the car and scare up a rabbit or two or watch a covey of quail head off on a quest known only to the momma quail leading her chicks. An abundance of birds and rabbits bring smiles to each day..Some sitting on the lanai leads to peaceful serenity ...a rare find in a busy world.
