The Blue Bungalow - Casual luxury at this adorable single story 3Bd/2Ba vacation getaway in historic Lincolnville, half a block away from popular eatery Blue Hen Cafe and just a short walk to the St. Augustine Distillery, San Sebastian Winery, Elevate Food Truck, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and other downtown attractions. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and private, fenced yard with grill allow for easy cooking at home. Experience all that St. Augustine has to offer within walking or biking distance!

Spacious, fully restored, and furnished with many modern pieces - makes our bungalow both comfortable and beautiful. There's plenty of lovely outdoor spaces, too for relaxing, sipping wine and dining.
Open Floor plan features a master Bedroom with Master Bath, with a comfortable ultra plush queen bed. 2 other bedrooms share a large bath. One bedroom has 1 Modern Bunk Bed with a twin and a Full Size, and the other bedroom has a plush queen.

Additional rooms include a Living Room, Dining Room and kitchen with plenty of space for spreading out. The Large Sofa in the Living Room has a pull out Trundle. The property includes 3 televisions with multiple channels accessed thru Roku; free WiFi and Netflix (Cable TV not available). The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances including coffee maker and is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure

On-site parking is included for up to 2 cars

We do not have standard cable service for the TVs; we offer Internet TV thru Roku TV which includes Netflix.
There may be special pricing during holidays and a minimum night stay requirement on the weekends and during busy season.

Perfect Location for Walking, Clean and Comfortable

We had a great reunion between friends and our kids! We loved staying at the Blue Bungalow because it was perfect walking distance to Flagler College in Downtown Saint Augustine and basically 2 doors down from an amazing Diner called The Blue Hen Cafe...Top Notch Host Ashish was quick to respond and guided us in many ways! Thank you Ashish! Looking forward to our next stay!

St Augustine Lincolnville House

My family and I stayed here as a last hurrah before school started. The walk is not bad from the house to Flagler college and St George Street. It is a quaint neighborhood and we felt safe walking. It was very easy to check in and very clean. There were a few minor issues that I brought up to Ashish which he said he would take care of( mugs, wine bottle opener, dishes and a toaster were not available). The coffee maker had both a regular coffee function and a keurig function. It was a great place to hang out and play board games or nap when it got too hot during the day. Although I didn’t make it to the winery and the distillery, that was within walking distance also. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

Heart of St. Augustine

Ashish was a terrific host. He was readily available to answer all of our questions and requests. The location of the house is ideal for access to attractions in downtown St. Augustine. The house is new, well-equipped, and comfortable. One comment: the bunk beds in the third bedroom are not comfortable for adults. Two twin beds instead of the bunks would be a better configuration.

Nice and close to everything

We really enjoyed the property with our children. Safe and friendly neighborhood within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. Of course the Blue Hen cafe is only 2 houses down the road and was absolutely delish. The house was very clean and had all we needed … except a wine bottle opener!

Great open space cottage in appealing neighborhood

Had a terrific week staying in Lincolnville ~ the house layout was great. Our only suggestion would be a little more comfortable furniture in the common room? The trundle sofa and chairs weren't the best for watching TV and visiting.

Blue Bungalow

This was a very charming home. Easy access to downtown. Clean and updated. Really enjoyed the deck off the back of the home. I would recommend suppling more linens. Such as bath towels,dish towels,pot holders and extra blankets. The kitchen lacked mixing bowls and some of the prep items to cook with. The walk way off the side of the house needs to be maintained for easier access to the deck. Over all the bungalow was a nice little retreat. Would definitely stay again.

The property was as advertised, clean, in like-new condition, and well located. The property was a comfortable walking distance from all of the historic district sites. Travel to St. Augustine Beach was a short, easy drive.

Clean, great location and easily housed 6 "women on a weekend away"! Would be ideal for family, friends together for time together and exploring St. Augustine. Would definitely use this "home" again.
