Welcome to “Flower Street Pool House.” Enjoy your stay in the newly remodeled (660 sq. ft.) oasis complete with large HEATED swimming pool and newly purchased separate hot tub/spa.

$50/day gas pool heater fee (During Fall / Winter Months)

o Conveniently located central Phoenix, interstates I-10 and I-17, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and entertainment.
o Sleeps 5 persons (1 queen bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and 1 single roll-away bed (available for 5th person). All guests must be listed in reservation.
o Registered guests only to use the pool and/or hot tub.

Great getaway!!

Such a great little pool house and property! Listing exactly what it promised to be. We got there after a pretty good wind storm the day before so the yard was a bit wind blown but it didn’t bother me at all. Neighborhood and surrounding area great for restaurants and a date night. If I have a family or larger group of people I need to host in the area will absolutely use the house and pool house to keep everyone together in a fun and inclusive space

It was cute, the inside was as described, the outside needed some attention. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was dirty, which was the main thing we wanted in our rental. So we did not end up using the pool but we cleaned the jacuzzi and used that, it was very nice with the little waterfall in it.

Oasis in Central Phoenix

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the "Flower Street Pool House" with my husband and two friends for a one-night getaway, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with this oasis in central Phoenix. The location is ideal, with easy access to interstates I-10 and I-17, as well as restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and entertainment options. This made it convenient for us since we were in town to attend a concert at Chase Field. The property offers a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and convenience. It's an ideal choice for a group of friends or a family looking for a memorable getaway in Phoenix. We look forward to returning and making more memories at this lovely oasis.

Perfect little get away

My fiancé Jaden and I stayed here this past weekend for his birthday. It was a wonderful experience. It was very quiet, very private, very clean which is honestly everything to two tired parents. The location was great. I love the decor of the place. I actually picked it specifically for the lime green walls as that’s my favorite color. Our host was attentive and not overbearing. I really loved that they supplied a book with different places to eat. It made choosing where to go much easier. All in all, I would definitely book again.

Delightful Mini-Oasis

The hosts have done an outstanding job in creating a lovely little oasis in their backyard. The guest house has been lovingly decorated with comfort in mind. The pool is exquisite and, for someone who wanted to swim all day, it was the perfect temperature in a lovely setting.

Clean, modern home, beautiful pool, only 10mins from convention center!

As advertised! Quiet neighborhood, easy check in, beautiful decor, clean house, wonderful pool! Home owners made check in very simple as we got in very late at night. Communicated with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Left pool floaties for us which worked out so well for our 4yo. It's only 10mins from the convention center which is where we were headed each day. We would recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again next time we are in town.
