Sun, spring training, and great golf await. This casita puts you minutes from ballparks and top courses, with a cozy place to recharge after every outing.
Step through the red door into a cozy, Scottish-inspired interior featuring rich woods, tartan touches, and a hint of whiskey warmth. Centrally located in the greater Phoenix area, you’ll enjoy easy access to golf, hiking, and dining.

This spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for families, friends, golf foursomes, extended stayers, or business travelers, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. Inside, you’ll find a bright open-concept living space with a smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area for family meals, and cool tile floors throughout. The primary suite features a queen bed and smart TV and on-suite bathroom. The three additional bedrooms each have a queen beds with ceiling fans, memory foam mattresses, and closets. Central air conditioning, a game room, and an in-home washer and dryer ensure a comfortable stay.
Step outside to enjoy true Arizona living. The large fenced backyard offers privacy and features a sparkling private pool (not heated) along with a shaded patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. With free driveway parking with room for 2 cars, and street parking plus RV access, this home is designed with convenience in mind.

- Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area.
