Our space includes two bedrooms: 1st- 2 queen beds, 2nd- 2 queen beds. Enjoy some time out on the patio with a gas fire pit, grill and a cup of coffee or a delightful book. No pets, No smoking indoors.
We are 1 mile or less from HyVee, Aldis, Wal-Mart, Lewis, Texas Roadhouse, Scooters Coffee Shop & many other restaraunts, parks, gas stations, library, etc.
There are taxi and Lyft services available.
Absolutely NO alcohol parties, NO under age drinking, NO drugs, NO pets, NO smoking inside. If 21 and younger, proof of ID's will be required at check in. If there is under age drinking, you will have to pay a security deposit, the police will be called and you will have to leave immediately. Then, I will have to report you to VRBO.

Great place to stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. It was clean and provided what we needed for our weekend stay. It was in a great location for us and provided privacy and comfort during a family funeral. It was quiet and the owner was very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Short but Sweet

Our stay was very short, but enjoyable. The house was very clean and organized well with everything labeled. The kids enjoyed playing the old Nintendo and with all the toys in the closet. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds fairly comfortable. We liked that there were tvs in each room. We didn't get to enjoy the patio, but it looked nice and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. The checkout was very easy as far as what we needed to clean. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

It was the perfect home away from home. Everything you could need. The outdoor space was a great way to start the day and a perfect relaxing way to end it! Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay

We had a great stay here. The VRBO was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The host has put great effort in providing little extra things that makes the stay special. She was very quick to respond to our questions, and made sure we had what we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Christmas Home away from Home

We enjoyed our stay as we were in town celebrating with family and wanted some family time and extra beds. This cute get away was perfect for our own family time and providing a welcoming environment .

Wonderful “Home Away From Home”

This was a lovely place to stay while recuperating from surgery. So quiet and very comfortable home! Especially enjoyed the patio area. Charlotte was a great host!

Very nice lower unit with a private entrance and quiet neighborhood.

Excellent communication and the private floor was very tastefully appointed. Fantastic covered sitting area outside and plenty of provided options for children and families. Nice location with easy access to the highway and nearby shopping centers, stores, and restaurants. Hosts live on site and were helpful without being obtrusive. Would definitely stay again and can recommend. Thank you for a great stay!

Exceptionally well equipped for all your stay!

Lower half of house with privacy from owners on top. A good neighborhood close to shopping and interstate. Excellent for families with toys, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and organized for every need. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area.

Long weekend golf trip

Stayed here for a long weekend golf trip and couldn’t have been happier. It was clean, check in and out was as easy as possible! It was hot and humid all weekend but the place was nice and cool. All the amenities that you could possibly need. Loved the welcome snack basket. I would definitely recommend a stay here

Cozy Corner

Aptly named, the Cozy Corner was comfortable and the amenities were perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar and the outdoor area. The beds were perfect and our host was attentive and thoughtful. When we make another trip to Sioux Falls, we'll be staying at the Cozy Corner again.

We loved our stay at the Cozy Corner! Everything was excellent, and Charlotte was very good with communication. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We will definitely return.

Very Pleasant Stay

We were here visiting family at Good Samaritan! It was wonderful to be within walking distance! The house was clean and comfortable. Charlotte was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend!!

Visiting family

Had a very nice stay in Sioux Falls. The property was comfortable and well kept. Had no problems with anything and will check availability next time I am back to visit with family.
