Unit 509 is a beautiful 2-bedroom condo, sleeping up to 6 comfortably with the addition of a sleeper sofa in the living room. This bayside hot spot is perfect for a small family, friend getaway, and snowbirds looking for a great space to nest when they fly south for those winter months. With a full rustic kitchen and laundry room in the unit, you’ll have everything you need for great meals, beach days, and lasting memories.

This bayside gem offers the space and comfort you crave on vacation. The main area is an open concept room offering a living and dining area with flat screen TV and ample seating. However, the best part is just off the living room. Enjoy the outdoors morning, noon, or night from your private balcony that faces lush Florida greenery. With chairs, table, and loungers, this is the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon meals, and late-night drinks.

Downstairs, you’ll find a private community pool, hot and cold spa, fitness center and so much more. But the best part is a short walk away. At Pilot House, you’re right next to the Village of Baytowne Wharf! This open-air marketplace has great shopping, an adventure park for the kids, a spa, and restaurants for all ages and occasions.
