Magnificent apartment with pool table in the heart of old Annecy



If you are looking for a unique and authentic accommodation to discover the Venice of the Alps, look no further! This magnificent 90m2 apartment, entirely renovated with taste, will seduce you with its charm and comfort. You will be charmed by the French ceiling, the stone fireplace, the solid wood flooring and the pool table that will allow you to spend convivial moments with friends or family.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building, in the heart of old Annecy, a stone’s throw from the lake and the castle. You will enjoy a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Thiou canal and Mont Veyrier, where you can admire the sunset or the reflection of the lights on the water.



The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds and 1 sofa-bed (for 2 people) in the living room. You will also have a bathroom with an Italian shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen open to a very spacious living room. You can prepare delicious meals with local products, which you will easily find on the market or in the shops nearby. You can also enjoy the raclette, fondue, waffle, etc. appliances to feast on the Savoyard specialties.



The apartment is also equipped with many amenities to make your stay pleasant, such as free wifi, a flat-screen Ambilight TV, an audio system, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a hairdryer, an iron, etc.



The apartment is ideally located to discover Annecy and its surroundings. You can walk through the picturesque alleys, visit the castle, the Isle palace, the cathedral, the museums, and others. You can also take a boat ride on the lake, rent bikes, kayaks, paddle, etc. or simply swim on the beach. If you like the mountain, you will also be delighted to discover the many activities possible in the surroundings, such as hiking, skiing, paragliding, rafting and many other activities. The nearest ski resorts are about 35 minutes away by car.

A great place to find at the last minute. It offers everything you need if you want to be in the heart of Annency old town. It sits just above the Captain pub which is open until 2.30am every day. As a result you will find it can be noisy , so i dont recommend it if you are a light sleeper.

Beautiful and unique property, a real gem and full of character. It felt like a real privilege to stay here, in the heart of the old town. As a lone parent and two older teens, we really enjoyed the sounds of chatter and vibrant evening culture drifting up from the streets. A great place for watching the world go by from the balcony and we were often treated to live musicians performing on the bridge below. It could be too loud in peak season for those who like an early, quiet night, but with the windows closed the sound was blocked considerably. The apartment is well equipped with quality products (it’s a treat to find a place that has decent sharp knives for food prep!) and having a washing machine was a much appreciated practicality. The pool table was a brilliant bonus!

If there is a place where the real holiday feeling comes alive than it is in this apartment. More hotspot than this is not possible! Everything you need is nearby, shops, bars, restaurants but the best thing is the water and bridges. You experience the old part of Annecy the best way!Inside great atmosphere and well equipped. Note: there is one bedroom voor 4 persons, less privacy. But when you are with 2, no doubt, rent this!

Honeymoon in Annecy

This property is absolutely amazing. It has everything you could need, it is located right in the heart of the old town in Annecy. Super gorgeous, great views, and just an overall amazing experience. Would totally come back again, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Annecy and looking for a unique and beautiful stay!

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved every minute of our stay. The location could not be beat. Our children (teenagers) had independence in town and we always felt safe. Everything was walkable. Tons of shopping, restaurants, coffee, ice cream. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning were amazing. The town pretty much shuts down on Sunday evenings. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and perfect. The boys loved the pool table and everything was just right!

Great Location

Overall I would stay again. We enjoyed the central location and the beds were relatively comfortable. I did miss the fact that the two bedrooms were one large room with a wall for privacy and you needed to walk through the first bedroom to access the second bedroom. So make sure you are traveling with close family or friends. Kitchen was very functional but there was a need for some TLC. The kitchen faucet was very loose. An extra towel in the kitchen or rags under the sink would be helpful as there was nothing to clean up spills. Also a big help would be some hooks in the bedrooms to hang items.

Great Location in the Old Village

Nice, large suite with everything we could need. Great Restaurants all around, shopping, and minutes from the lake make it a superb spot.

Sei es das Essen, der Flair und Charme, oder auch die Bootsfahrt auf dem See. Genuss pur. Morgendlicher Gang zum Bäcker, mittägliches bummeln durch die vielen Geschäfte oder abendliches flanieren durch die Altstadt. Auch wenn die zentrale Lage bedeutete, dass es Nachts lauter war und die vielen Gerüche dazu verleitete die Fenster eher geschlossen zu halten, so war es doch eine tolle Woche in Annecy.

Perfect!

Perfect location. Spacious apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Loved the balcony. We spent a lot of time out there. Suggestions to make it even better. Hand towels for each bathroom and extra kitchen towels would be nice. And please, hangers and a place to hang clothes. Other than that, everything was marvelous!

So charming!!!

Annecy is so gorgeous and charming. The flat had everything. The location is the absolute best. If you are lucky enough to be there on Tuesday, the street market is in full effect all morning. Parking is a fare bit away from the flat so be prepared but it’s worth it be right on the canal and have zero street traffic. We felt like we were in a movie set the whole time. Will recommend to everyone.

Perfect location on the river!

We loved our stay in this apartment in Annecy. The apartment is well stocked and was very clean. The location is incredible and the views from the balcony are delightful. As other reviewers have noted- it can be a little noisy especially if the windows are open- which in summer months cant be avoided i don't think. Knowing this going into the stay is a good warning. The 2 bedroom setup is slightly different as the rooms are not fully separated- but more one big room with a 3/4 floor to ceiling wall divider- so not completely private for two couples to stay here. The bathroom with the shower does not have a toilet- just a shower and sink, so again- not a big deal- just know this going in. The toilet is in a half bath located off the living/dining area. Which is convenient. When checking in the host will send a link with info that you will need to provide and have them verify prior to getting access instructions. It took a little time to get this verified, and some of the timing was due to me not filling out the form completely- so not an issue on the host- but a situation where awareness of what needs to be done ahead of time can be helpful. Overall i would recommend this apartment, and the location will not disappoint you!

Wow, Spectacular location, right in the heart of it

Magical location on the canal, in the heart of the tourist district (if you want to be in the center, that is... we did) Spacious apartment, functional kitchen. Pool table is under the dining table, oddly. We didn't use it. Spiral staircase up to the apartment feels like a chateau. great photo op. One downside. The "two" bedrooms are only really one bedroom with a 3/4 divider. so there is no sound barrier or door to close. That was a surprise but we managed for a 2 night stay. That is the only reason for the 4 star review vs 5 star. if there was a half star increment i'd give it 4.5 stars. Everything else was fantastic. Visit Annecy! Its a gem! a weekend is probably enough, FYI! Get a Jambon Fromage sandwich in the shop at the door to the building, and a bottle of wine!

Perfekt og charmerende lejlighed til 4 personer i centrum af centrum. Alt fungerede, der var det basale udstyr. Vi kunne have ønsket os aircondition eller ventilation til de varme dage, så vinduerne kunne holdes lukkede om natten og dermed holde nattelivet ude.

Lovely apartment in great location

Well appointed apartment bang in the centre of Annecy. We loved the fabulous view from the balcony (with sun in morning and evening), the well equipped kitchen and the excellent pool table. Also handy to have a wet room separate from the toilet. Be aware the location means noise is likely until late at night - good earplugs needed. During hot nights the bedrooms were unusable despite management kindly providing a fan. Not a problem for us as we were fine sleeping in the living room but this may not be an option for others.
