The exceptionally private backyard comes complete with a shimmering pool and a covered patio where you can dine and sip cocktails in the shade. Inside, you'll find an elegantly streamlined kitchen, natural wood ceilings, thought-provoking pieces of art, and crisp linens in each of the five bedrooms.

This home enjoys one of the most enviable locations in all of Palm Springs, in the upscale Vista Las Palmas neighborhood with the mountains a few blocks west and Palm Canyon Drive - downtown's main strip that's lined with acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, theaters, and all sorts of nightlife - half a mile east. When you're not out and about downtown, you'll have your choice of more than 100 incredible golf courses in the surrounding area and gorgeous hiking trails on the slopes of Mt. San Jacinto and in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles south) and Indian Canyons (six miles south).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
