This beautifully designed 3 bedroom home (with a comfortable king bed in each bedroom) is conveniently located, close to the center of Downtown Palm Springs and neighboring cities such as Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and Indian Wells.
The interior features an open concept floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to relax or work remotely. The private backyard features a large pool, bbq, outdoor dining area and gas fire pit.
The space
Open floor plan with abundant natural light and living room that faces the backyard with pool views. Plenty of places to work, eat and relax, including a breakfast table for three, indoor dining table for six, and another outdoor dining table for six. Enjoy the backyard with the outdoor pool and two baja shelves to enjoy, along with chaise lounge chairs to relax poolside and a firepit for the evenings.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. Access to the main door is by personalized keypad code. Access includes:
-Private Backyard
-Pool (option to heat) with two baja shelves
-Outdoor Fire Pit
-Outdoor Dining Table
-Two Car Garage + driveway space for two
-Televisions in Living Room and 2 Bedrooms
