Outside, this vacation rental features a private backyard with a sparkling pool and a cascading waterfall pool spa. Inside, the open floor plan is fantastic for entertaining and includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Dine together at the casual table—ideal for family game nights—or meet up in the more elegant dining area. The primary suite features a bed, a TV, and an attached full bath, providing the perfect layout for comfort and relaxation. The remaining three bedrooms are comfortable and excellent for a great night's stay. Added home conveniences include complimentary WiFi and a high-capacity washer/dryer.

This home is convenient to several popular Palm Springs area events including the Coachella Valley Music Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, and numerous equestrian events at the Empire Polo Club located just two miles away. Visit Palm Desert for spas, boutiques, and plenty of restaurants, just 11 miles away. Or spend your days playing rounds of picturesque golf or tennis, and your nights experiencing the nightlife and sampling some of the area's iconic and historic steakhouses.

Things to Know
For long-term stays over 28 nights there is a utility deposit that needs to be collected at the time of booking. $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. This covers the utility bills (electric/gas).
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Noise from gatherings during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 49 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
