• Brand-new pool & hot tub with a pool chiller to keep the water cool on warm summer days (and optional heating in cooler months for a fee).
• Plenty of poolside seating with tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs.
• Oversized covered deck with grill and family-sized dining table.
• Manicured, fenced lawn perfect for yard games or relaxing by the firepit.
• Private dock with sun deck – tie up your boat, fish, swim, or simply enjoy breathtaking lake views.

Stylish & Spacious Interior
• Open-concept great room with soaring windows that showcase lake views from every angle.
• Designer kitchen with high-end finishes that make cooking a joy.
• Dining and living areas perfect for entertaining or unwinding.
• Four bedrooms, three bathrooms – comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.

Activities & Neighborhood
• Swim, float, or just relax by the water.
• Bring your fishing gear and enjoy lakeside fun.
• Head over to the nearby nine-hole golf course (fees paid at city hall).
• Scenic neighborhood, ideal for morning walks.

Important Details
• Pool & hot tub heating: $175 first night / $65 each additional night (36 hours’ notice required; hot tub heating unavailable June–August when the chiller is running).
• Early check-in (11am): $375 (when available).
• Late check-out (6pm): $375 (confirmable 3 days before arrival).
• Pool floats: A few provided; guests welcome to bring their own (we recommend Amazon’s 4-in-1 hammock float).
• Pool house not included in rental.

Guests: This reservation is for listed guests only. Outside day visitors and additional guests are not included in standard use and require a pre-approved event fee ranging from $500 to $5,000.

Security Cameras: This property uses Ring cameras in the pool area, portions of the yard, deck, and dock for security and maintenance purposes. Cameras record both video and audio and are not actively monitored.

My friends and I had a great long weekend stay at this property. The living space was very light and open with a great view of the cove. The bedrooms were cozy. The yard and the pool are fantastic! I enjoyed some peaceful cups of morning coffee on the porch just looking at the water.

This was our second visit here. We love the area, the peacefulness, the pool even in the drizzle! Owner was accommodating since the temps dropped after a thunderstorm to insure we were able to enjoy the pool. Highly recommend this place.

Summer family vacation

Took an 11 person family vacation to the lake house and had an outstanding time. Pool had the chillers on and made the temp perfect. The grocery store is less than 5 minutes from the house and the views were great! Our entire family lived the property and the service.
