WELCOME TO THREE PINES
Walk in to sweeping views of Cedar Creek Lake at this uniquely designed, waterfront home in the golf course community of Star Harbor. Named for the three pine trees planted in front, Three Pines offers you an escape from the city without giving up the amenities and activities that make life comfortable. Swim, golf and gather at this spacious yet cozy home. Swim in the brand new pool or float on a Lily Pad in the lake. Play Galaga, Ms. Pac-Man, pool, Whirlwind pinball and corn hole. Fish right off the dock which also has whips to tie up a boat. A gourmet kitchen with a coffee bar and dining table for 10 welcomes the chef or make it dinner out with local refined dining. Beautifully appointed bedrooms named after favorite travel destinations, a great room with two living areas, five spa bathrooms and a peaceful cul-de-sac location bring luxury to lake living.

TECH
Never miss gameday action with two TVs in the family room and another by the kitchen. All TVs include YouTubeTV and are set up for easy log in to your favorite streaming services. Reliable internet reaches both levels and ends of the house as well as the dock house. Smart sinks in the kitchen require just a touch to turn off and on. Lutron lighting throughout the main level adds ambiance to your evenings.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Relax in a family friendly pool made for lazy days with a tanning deck, in-water chairs and built in spa. Walls of windows, a fire pit that seats eight perfect for smores, a screened porch with a fire table and a rare dock house living area over the water with TV, ceiling fans and comfortable seating bring the beauty of nature front and center in your Three Pines experience. Fill the bird feeder and watch for an array of native wildlife. Take an early morning walk through the Star Harbor neighborhood and you might catch sight of a group of armadillos or the little red fox that lives by the golf course.

THE SUITES
Step through the secret bookcase to enter the Corfu Suite with a private sitting area, unique king-sized bed, spa bath with soaking tub and tile mosaic shower. Find a closet full of games (Mahjong!) and puzzles, beautiful picture window, king-sized bed and lovely white bathroom in the Amalfi Suite. Downstairs, the Cabo Suite features water views, a sofa, king-sized bed and a Spanish themed bath. The Seaside bunk room includes two sets of twin bunks, cozy chaise and a friendly school of fish on the wall. Separate stairs lead to the Cape Cod Suite where a private outside entrance and oversized flatscreen join twin bunks, a queen-sized bed and spa bath. There are large spaces to gather yet the bedrooms are divided to create privacy and quiet down times. Each bedroom is appointed with a flat screen TV, tower fan, sound machine, throw blanket and comfy duvet. All spa showers have both a traditional shower head and a rain shower feature as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

GREAT LOCATION
A beautiful drive down either 175 or Interstate 45 leads through small towns to Three Pines in Star Harbor. Close to elevated restaurants, a Brookshire's grocery store, Whataburger, McDonalds, Subway, Sonic, a local winery, the shop-small businesses of downtown Malakoff and the lovely town of Athens, you have little side trips waiting. Don't miss First Monday Trade Days in Canton, TX held the weekend prior to the first Monday of each month which are only a gorgeous 45-minute drive from Three Pines. Do as little or as much as you like, breathe easy, forget about life and make yourself at home at Three Pines!

The nine-hole golf course carries a green fee of $20. Please register and pay your green fee in the clubhouse before play. There are push carts available free of charge at the course or we have a golf cart which may be rented for an additional $75 per day (must rent for your entire rental period). Monday morning until noon is reserved for the Ladies Golf Association only.
