A sólo una hora del centro de Dallas, Cedar Creek Lake es el refugio perfecto para su familia / amigos. Este 3500 + pies cuadrados. Casa frente al mar cuenta con 6 habitaciones (incluyendo literas equipado con 2 fulls y 6 dobles), 5 baños, cuarto de lavado, zona de oficinas (con el ordenador / Internet) y 2 salas de estar repartidos en 3 niveles. Nuestro muelle está disponible para uso de nuestros huéspedes y hay 2 látigos de amarre para asegurar las embarcaciones adicional. La casa tiene 3 dormitorios principales (2 de ellos tienen su propio refrigerador) con camas king size y televisión de alta definición. Los otros 2 dormitorios tienen un rey y la reina, respectivamente, y comparten un baño. El literas (nivel inferior) tiene su propio cuarto de baño para todos los niños. Cada una de las 2 salas de estar tiene un 50 "televisión de alta definición. This house had plenty of room for 11 guests.Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Had a very nice dock for fishing. Plenty of shade trees and several conversation areas. The pool was small but served the purpose of cooling off. Nice pickleball area and they also had outdoor ping pong table. Great view of the lake. House has potential, but could use some updating. Also pictures of the property need to be updated. We were given WiFi information that was incorrect, but son in law found it on the router in the bedroom.

Lake front retreat

We had an amazing relaxing few days with our children and grandchildren. The pool was beautiful and overlooked the lake , the size of the house was perfect as well. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking, and swimming . Noel was responsive to any of our needs, communication was great. Thank you for sharing your place !

Everything we needed for large group of friends

Spacious house on a sprawling waterfront lot. So many places to gather and relax, especially the fire pit, private pool, porch with built in bbq, ranch kitchen, basketball court… all with a spectacular view on the lake! The owner is amazing and personally reached out to address any concerns and ensure a welcoming stay.

Perfect for outdoor fun!

The outdoor area of this property is fantastic! So much to choose from - pool, patio w/sound system and tv, ping pong area, basketball court, walk-in access to the lake, use of the boat dock, and Lilly pad float. The location of the house was perfect as we rented 2 jet skis and were far enough from any other lake traffic. The owner was very responsive!

Awesome home with lots of space for everyone!

We had our extended family join us at the lake. The layout of the house was ideal. All the adults had a King bed, the kids enjoyed their own space downstairs. The kitchen was a well-laid out space for everyone to gather for meals (with adequate seating for all). We spent lots of time on the patio and in the pool. Great time was had by all!

Cozy Thanksgiving

We really enjoyed this property. Pickleball tournament was had, outdoor fire pit is huge which made for lots of relaxation while enjoying the lake view, double ovens made for great cooking for Thanksgiving, outdoor patio amenities were awesome for our big group with football both inside and on the patio. Lots and lots of beds and space to spread out. This place would be so much fun in the heat of summer! Host was extremely responsive to any concerns. Checkout was very typical and very easy.

Perfect Memorial Day Getaway

We just spent our Memorial Day weekend at this amazing property. Absolutely perfect setup for multiple families. We had 6 adults and 6 kids with all kids under 5. The pool was a big hit with the kids and the trampoline/treehouse w/ ping pong table were enjoyed by all. Noel is very responsive and helpful. You'll be hard pressed to find a better setup on Cedar Creek for a big group! 5 stars across the board!

Labor Day weekend with the family.

This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of bedrooms, beautiful view of lake, big yard, basketball court, wonderful new double decker boat house, lily pad, paddle boards, and a pool. Everyone had an amazing time. We could not get the coffee pot to work and the owner brought us a new one. He responded quickly to any question we had. We would definitely rent this house again.

Inaccurate representation of property

The host of the home was very easy to contact prior to our trip for questions and the booking process. It wasn't until we arrived to the home that our experience changed. The photos look so beautiful and the house looks very well maintained, but unfortunately that was not the case. The house was SO dirty (bugs in beds, bathtubs not clean, fridge with leftover drippings from food, outdoor grill area not even wiped clean, etc). The house had a very musty smell, and was instructed to not use the AC units during the day...our whole crew complained of how the house stayed very warm. The lake and the view was unbeatable. Great fishing and overall we made the best of it and had a great time but I wish the property would have had a truer representation, especially for the $$$ rate per night.

I'm glad to hear that you had a good time despite the issues. Given our consistent reviews, I'd like to address them: 1) We recently employed a new property management company that sent over a "rookie" prior to your stay. In addition, they sent a plumber (who didn't clean up after himself) to unclog the bathtub AFTER the housekeeper had already come. These issues have been addressed with the company and I have been assured that it won't happen again. 2) I believe that you misunderstood our request to "not use AC units during the day". Since 3 of the 6 bedrooms are temperature controlled by window units, we simply ask guests to turn off the window units in the bedrooms when the room is not occupied. I'm sure that you would do the same at your own house. However, to your point about the house "staying warm".....I discovered after your stay that there was a freon leak in the central HVAC (which controls the temperature on the main floor) preventing the house from cooling properly and probably contributing to the "mustiness". I wish you had addressed it with me during your stay. Our HVAC specialist is around the corner and could have easily identified the problem and charged the system for your stay. We have since replaced the entire system. 3) Thank you for the kind words regarding my daughter's photography of the property.

Great getaway!

We had a great time spending our Thanksgiving here! It rained most of the time but the back porch stayed dry so we could still enjoy being outside. Ping pong table and games kept kids entertained. Lots of space and rooms!

Lake House Paradise

We held our annual family/friend vacation here and we had an absolute blast. The house is perfect for a multi family stay. The outdoor area was so nice in the mornings to sit when others were still asleep. Basketball court was great for cornhole also. Neighbor kindly asked that we turn off the big spot light at night but wasn’t an issue. I did make cleanliness a little lower but it was for an issue that was addressed by the owner shortly after we arrived. The lake was low but obviously not something the owner could control but even still we had an awesome time in it. We rented a jet ski and paddle boards locally and had no problems getting them in/out of the lake. If your cooking for a big party I would recommend bringing big pots as there really weren’t any but other than that the kitchen was fully equipped. Thank you Noel for allowing us to stay at your house and we look forward to future rentals with you.

Great for large groups

We had a teambuilding retreat at this property and had a great time. Plenty of room for a large group to socialize, eat, and sleep. The owner was great with communication and we would highly consider renting this same property next year.

Great location & outdoor amenities!

We rented this house for its location on the lakefront, the pool outside and the patio. It's an absolute perfect setup for a group stay, large outdoor covered patio with a grill, large table, extra seating, bar, outdoor TV etc. You can do everything from go swimming in the lake, fish off the shore, swim in the pool or hang under a covered patio. The inside of the house needs a lot of updates, however. While it was clean, bedrooms need a lot of updating, downstairs bedroom setups are sort of secluded and dark - not very inviting. But if you're renting this property for its outdoor amenities and not the bedrooms and the coziness of the house, then this is a great property. If you're expecting to spend a lot of time inside and expect an updated property, this isn't it.

This property checked off more "wants" on our list than any of the 100+ properties we visited over a 12-month period. The most important were.....neighborhood appeal/safety, privacy/space from neighbors & space to roam. Then we added all the fun stuff...pool, patio, basketball, tetherball, ping pong, X-Box, fire pit, etc.
