Eduardo is an excellent host! If this is still available when we come back to the area, we are definitely going to book here again!Small, cozy, two-bedroom place, convenient location in Erie, PA. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a small family.We stayed during a winter storm, and communication about getting the driveway plowed was prompt.

Great place to stay for a small family in Erie!

Small house but just what we needed. Had good communications with the Property Manager. Nice little fire pit in back yard. A guy 2 blocks away was selling fire wood for $5! Decent location to all things to do in Erie. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Weekend stay

My friends and I stayed at this property for 2 nights and it was perfect. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided and the place was extremely clean. The location was also very convenient, there were many restaurants and other attractions right in the area. No more than a 10-15 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this stay if you are looking in the Erie, PA area!

The perfect place to stay!

Ed was friendly and helpful and when we got to the house everything was immaculately clean, smelled good and full of unexpected amenities like coffee, shower essentials and a full range of TV options for the rainy days. The house has its own private driveway and yard with outdoor seating and a fire pit and an overall welcoming and relaxing charm. It's located close to pretty much everything you could want to do and is easy to find. We can't wait to stay here again! Thank you!

Landscape

Landscaping and grass cutting was not kept up but the inside was clean. The listing said they had Keurig cups but there weren't any stocked.Bedding, pillows and blankets were provided. Kitchen utensils were provided. The floor plan was a little slanted, but overall it was a nice place to stay for what we needed for the weekend. Quiet neighborhood.

Great little place for us and our little ones.

Great location. One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. The owner is very friendly and responsive. It is smaller but checked all the boxes for our family. With toddlers we didn't want a big place with stairs so it was perfect. They have stocked all the essentials and have a great cable setup and large couch for relaxing after a long day. Plus it felt safe and has a perfectly central location. We hope to be back!

Erie for College drop-off

Excellent property exactly as described. Excellent value for money with all amenities and facilities provided. Coffee maker had full supply of pods and there was lots of kitchen items that were very useful (Sugar, oil, spices etc.). Entertainment system had Netflix and other services available. Perfect location for dropping our daughter off at Mercyhurst University. Would utilize again, full marks !!

The place was clean and provided enough towels and bedding. There is a washer and dryer but no dishwasher. . It is pet friendly and has an area in the backyard that is fenced but it isn’t directly from the back door. There is a fire pit and picnic table. The beds have built in charging stations and the mattresses are relatively comfortable. If you are used to a high end mattress it may not meet your standards. It is an easy drive to the convention center, shopping mall and Presque Isle State Park. The host was very responsive. It’s located in a residential area of the City of Erie. I don’t know Erie, but there were young kids out playing and it seemed like a relatively safe and quite area. It has window air conditioning. It was myself, my adult son and our 2 large dogs. It worked perfectly for our needs.

Good Fit

We traveled to Erie for the funeral of a family member. The location was good and the accomodations met our needs overall. The lack of an ironing board was inconvenient. Had there been one we would not have had to bring all of our clothing to the home of another family member to iron. Also, it would have been helpful to have had a sink stopper in the kitchen sink.

The kitchen had 1 skillet which made it hard to cook breakfast. There was a fire pit but no wood!!!! and people came to mow the lawn before 8am on a Saturday. Was extremely loud and we had to get up n move our lawn chairs.

Comfortable and complete accommodations with easy access to Erie (Peach St, 26th St, 38th St, 12th St, Bayfront). Plenty of space for my family of 3, and it could accommodate more, if needed. The street was quiet and even had walkable stores. The host is incredibly responsive.

Accommodating Property

This property was very clean and accommodating including details beyond my expectation. My vacation was to visit Presque Isle, and though it was about a 20 minute ride, it worked! Eduardo was prompt to answer questions I had when I arrived and very accommodating to help and make sure our stay was pleasant. Thank you!
