4 bedroom 3.5 bath A zone beauty across from the Bay. Gourmet kitchen with Viking professional stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, built in convection oven, built in Miele expresso/coffee maker. Three season room opens off the living room. Dining room opens onto the deck that has been upgraded with trex decking and vinyl rails. Automated lights on both decks for soft lighting at night. Also, on the first floor is a Jr. master suite with views of the bay and master bath with a walk in tiled shower. Upstairs you have the master bedroom and master bath with a walk in shower and soaking tub. Two more bedrooms and bath upstairs (double sinks and tiled shower). Deck off the upstairs with bay views. Everything in this house has been upgraded. Teak hardwood floors, outside shower, storage garage and a huge circular driveway that will accommodate 3 cars and a large backyard. Please bring your own linens and towels. Check in/out days during peak season is Friday’s.

What a great trip for my family! The house was super clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location—close to the beach and quiet at night. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything worked well, and the amenities were thoughtfully prepared. We loved the built in coffee maker, the sunroom with a bar and mini fridge; and the beach buggy made our trips to and from the beach easy! The host was responsive and welcoming, making this trip one of the best yet. We didn’t want to leave!

Great house

Our family had a very enjoyable stay. The house was comfortable and spacious. We especially enjoyed the sunroom which was a lovely space to relax with a good book. Nice location within easy walking distance to the beach.

Peaceful stay in Brigantine

Rented the house for an extra-long weekend getaway (8 25-year-olds looking for a peaceful birthday celebration outside of Philly). The house far exceeded our expectations! The house was very quiet and comfortable, and a quick walk or bike ride to the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Place to Vacation

Our family had an amazing week of vacation. The house was very clean, had so many things included that you didn’t need to bring (such a plus) with plenty of indoor & outdoor space to relax! Communicating with Christina was easy and she was very timely in answering any questions. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Brigantine vacation

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay. The house was great. It had we everything we needed and was clean and comfy. The owners were very prompt in answering any questions we had and we really appreciated their flexibility with our dates. The garage full of bikes, and especially the beach buggy were so helpful for getting us and all of our stuff to the beach. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a more quiet, less touristy home at the beach.

Good for the Soul

A few days in Brigantine is the perfect medicine for whatever ails you! This house is great location--across from the bay and just blocks from the beach. Plenty of outside space to soak up the bay breeze. High end appliances, water views, plenty of bedrooms--check, check, check! My advice, book now!

Wonderful accommodations

We were a family of 8 and 3 were kids. The house was as advertised and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and modern. We needed nothing that wasn’t there. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms were just right for the number of people. Great outdoor space with fenced yard and deck. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing home

We loved this house! All amenities you could want in a beautiful home. House was spotless upon our arrival. This rental exceeded our expectations. The area is quiet at night. So peaceful to sit out by the fire pit. Bedrooms are comfortable and overhead fans helped keep the home cool. Kitchen is wonderful. Beach chairs and umbrellas and games were also a plus.

This was the best vacation rental our family has ever done. Amazing location. Quiet, safe, cute family-oriented town but only 10 minutes from AC if you want some adult fun. Walk to beach. House is beautiful, well maintained, has everything you need. Having the bikes was a huge help! Communication from owners was spot on, they made everything easy. If you are doing down the shore or near AC you can't get a better house than this at the price point. Highest possible recommendation! (Make sure to get a cheesesteak from Ernest & Sons!)

Amazing Home and Beautiful Location

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. We shared it with another family (8 of us total) for a long weekend in February. Plenty of space for everyone. This house has everything you need for a great getaway. It is very clean and really beautiful. Amazing kitchen, deck, and a three season room we enjoyed. Bikes and games for the kids. Great house for anytime of year. When we left we all said how much we were going to miss it. Owners are super helpful and answered all of our questions. They even provided a binder with all the information for the house and local restaurants. We hope to stay again next February.

Frustrating. The listing included a hot tub in the amenities but there's no hot tub. Never was according to host. The soaker tub in the upstairs master bedroom is small. You can't put your legs out straight or lean back very far. The photos show the bar with included equipment and plainly states alcohol not supplied. However, the Margaritaville blender isnt either but that's not made clear. The hard surface flooring on the first floor was dirty, I took my heels off in the laundry room and after walking around the house for little while the soles of my feet were filthy. The upstairs hall bathroom had garbage still in the can. The Miele coffee maker had used espresso pucks, dirty waste and old water in it. The drip coffee maker also had grounds in it. The ice maker was out of order. The sinks all needed hand soap. The refrigerator had quite a lot of open bottles of condiments taking up room. The remote control for the upstairs master bedroom fan didn't work because the batteries were corroded in it. The outdoor shower door was held together with black tape on the handle and top hinge. The propane tank in the outdoor fireplace was left empty. There was a cylinder in the garage that we had to install. The windows didn't open. One or two things isn't a deal breaker but this was just overwhelming. The host refunded us 135.00, but didn't seem concerned or apologetic. This was our 11th annual friends trip & the first time that all of us were in a hurry to leave the house.

Felt like Home!!

My husband and I took a long weekend to getaway for his birthday. Wow! It’s even better than we imagined. First, Christina and Steve were more than accommodating! They have a great welcome binder set up, which I highly recommend you reference when you arrive. The home has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The kitchen is gorgeous and set up to entertain larger groups. If there is a chef in your group, they will be happy. The four seasons room is positioned off the deck and has a nice bar and comfy couch. Perfect for after dinner drinks! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom is better than luxury hotels we have stayed at. (Be sure to check out the Information binder for toilet and shower operations!) There are two other queen bedrooms that share another nicely appointed bathroom on the second floor. There’s even a towel warmer and double vanity. Typically, secondary bathrooms feel like an after thought. Not the case here! No one will feel slighted in your group. In addition there is junior suite on the first floor. It has nice views of the bay and a great walk in shower. Overall, it’s one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. Outside the home, there is a beautiful fenced in yard. The white vinyl fence offers privacy from the neighbors. Even though it was chilly, we managed to enjoy the fire pit and sunset two nights. Defiantly check out a sunset from the second floor balcony!There were also bikes and other items available in the garage for our use. The beach buggy will come in handy for summer guests. The house is a short walk from the beach with beautiful views of Atlantic City and the bay. There are great restaurants within walking distance as well. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful Home, But Ask About Linens and Towels!

We stayed at Christine and Steve's home over the Thanksgiving Day weekend. The layout of the home was perfect for the seven of us (my in-laws have difficulty navigating stairs). The kitchen is first class and very well appointed with anything you might need to make yourself a meal. The dining area easily accommodated all of us for dinner as well as evening games (plenty of which were provided by the hosts). The in-wall Miele espresso maker was a welcome treat in the mornings. They have a nice stable of bikes available for use which are in good condition. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were quick to respond to any queries we had about the area or house. MY ONLY CAUTION would be to confirm the status of bed linens and towels. Nine days before our scheduled arrival I received an email with a "Pre-Check-in Letter" which included the statement "Linens are NOT provided. Please bring your own sheets and towels." Wait... what?!? Given that we were flying in from Arizona, this was an unexpected and unwelcome surprise. The listing clearly read "All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF". Nowhere does it suggest that they're not provided or that you need to bring your own. (Note: two weeks after having checked out, I see that nothing has changed). When I asked Christine about it, she responded "it's because of CoVID", which really made no sense to me other than being a convenient excuse not to hassle with them. When I pushed back, referencing the language in the listing and the fact that it is perfectly reasonable to expect that any rental accommodations (other than perhaps a youth hostel) would include these items. She shared that in her experience she finds that her guests prefer to bring their own or rent them (?!?). I called around and priced them out to be a little over $200 for the four nights we would be there. I offered that I'd use a linen service, but that she would have to cover the cost, to which relented "this time" to provide her own. When we arrived, the beds were unmade with sheets piled on top. We thought that was odd. Also note that cars and trucks are allowed to drive up and down the beach at Brigantine, so best to keep your eyes on the horizon and not look at your toes as you walk!

Very nice house with lots of amenities and great layout

This house worked very well for our six-night visit with some family. Perfect kitchen and dining area along with the covered outdoor deck and very large table. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Very well appointed with kitchen supplies, cruiser bikes, and beach chairs. It was also nice having one bedroom on the first floor. Would stay here again.

Great vacation home!

We had such a lovely stay with our little family. House was very comfortable and clean. kitchen was well equipped with top of the line appliances. The sun room with a very cozy couch was perfect to hang out in after a long day at the beach. Fenced in backyard was a great space for the kids to play. This house had everything to make for a very relaxing and comfortable vacation!! We hope to come back!!

Wonderful family vacation house

This is the best vacation rental house we have had in 40 years of vacations. We had two 70-somethings and four 30-somethings, and everybody was pleased. I (an older sort) found the appointments to be tasteful and very well thought out for comfort and utility. In particular, the kitchen was first rate - top of the line appliances and utensils, far and away the best we have ever seen, that made preparing family meals a delightful experience. Coupled with music from the system described below, meals were a celebration every night. The host is very responsive to all questions. I would recommend this house for anybody looking for a memorable beach vacation. Comments from one of the younger visitors: This place was wonderful! It has everything you need for a great time at the beach, and thensome. It’s just a couple of blocks from the beach, and perhaps the most ideal thing about it is that bicycles are provided for the whole family. There’s a beach buggy that you can strap to a bicycle, and they have all kinds of great goodies that you can load into it, ie., beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach chairs, and some sports gear. Locks are provided for the bicycles with the same combination, making them easy to hook together, so that you can strap all the bikes together in one spot. If you like coffee, this is the place for you! They have an espresso machine, which got us supercharged, to say the least. My recommendation is to buy a quart of ice cream at Richmond‘s, and have an affogato for breakfast. There’s a fantastic barbecue out back, along with a fire pit, and we used both of those nightly. The television is very easy to cast to, and it is hooked up to a really great speaker system, so whether you are watching a movie, or listening to your jams, the sound quality is great! The living room couches are amazingly comfortable, and the sunroom couches are as good of a place to read a book as they are to take a nap. The sunroom has a great bar, with built-in lights, and a built-in mini refrigerator to keep your champagne and white wine cold. The kitchen is fantastic! I think our favorite thing, besides the amazing gas range, was the pot-filler; for those who do not know what a pot-filler is - it's a water spigot above the stove top that you can use to fill with water while you're boiling noodles. The dining room table is fantastic for a family get together, and a fun game night. We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful Home

We absolutely loved this house! I stayed here with my girlfriends from college and we had the best time! The house is beautiful, decorated so nice! Plenty of bedroom, plenty of bathrooms and our favorite space in the house was there sunroom! Such a cozy space. Plenty to do in the area as well! The host provided bicycles, beach chairs a buggy and so much more! The host is always available to answer questions too!
