This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story townhouse is just a short walk (less than 200 steps) to the beach! It has central air, a washer, dryer, grill, outside shower and deck, 5 beach chairs, 5 beach tags, 3 TVs, WiFi and a full kitchen with dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers.
Self check-in and 2 off-street parking spaces!
Come enjoy the beautiful island of Brigantine!

Spacious and convenient

Close to the beach, spacious and comfortable home, responsive hosts, off-street parking for 2 cars, pictures do not do it justice. Would definitely rent it again.

Close to Beach

Great location. Everything you need for a vacay getaway. Beds were comfortable. Place Needs a little updating, but it was decorated with love. Hosts very communicative. Would return.

Everything was what we hoped for. Only thing which is not much to complain about was the garbage cans where full outside so by the end of the trip the garbage was piled up Outside

Wonderful stay

The rental was perfect as well as the location. VERY short walk to the beach. Walked to t he Wawa every morning. The private outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach. The house had everything we needed and the Central Air was a definite plus. Many delicious restaurants close by that we enjoyed. We would defintely return. Thank you for having us.

Wonderful rental on Brigantine Island

Beautiful 2 story rental on quiet street and just steps from beach. House is spotless and ample room for myself, daughter and my 2 small grandsons. We brought our own sheets and towels but everything else we needed was there. Large well equipped kitchen and half bath downstairs. Small deck off living room. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Could hear ocean at night. Absolutely loved staying here and would stay again.

Bliss and Joy is less than 500 feet.

Perfection. This is an amazing space. Large, spacious, well equipped more than you could ask for. Washer dryer Full-sized well-equipped kitchen with supplies for a gourmet meal. Outdoor space- front and back. All less than 500 feet from the beach. Which by the way we saw horses riding on. Don't hesitate- its perfect.

Great location

The rental was very comfortable. The location is perfect. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Quiet street and walking distance to a Wawa. Also can bike ride to many restaurants and even the Acme. We were able to safely store 5 bikes in the back of the rental in the open. The unit has an outdoors shower. A plus for the summer rentals. Owners were very responsive and the checkin process was easy and convenient. Kitchen has all that you need. Home is older and ac was slow to cool down the house but the weather was cool so it wasn’t too much of an issue for our time there. Definitely a please we can see ourselves coming back too.

Love the house and the area, but where did the towels go?

So last year we booked 4 adults, we got engaged and loved the house, the location and the area. So we booked again this year. Everything was great. Last year there were bath towels and wash clothes so this year we didnt pack any only to find out that there wasnt any at the house. Then on the 2nd day we were all eating breakfast in the kitchen (the cooking was done and dishes were in the dishwasher) and the smoke detector in the livingroom started to go off. We opened the windows and rear door and nothing helped. Myseld and the other guy that was with us are a lieutenant and cheif (respectively) in our local fire departments so we know our way around smoke detectors and carbon monoxide. The house was clear, nobody was sick or had any symptoms. Just a very annoying smoke detector that we had to unplug. We left it unplugged for an hour (bought a new battery at wawa for it as well) and plugged it back in and it worked fine until we were checking out yesterday and it went off again (nobody was cooking, none of us smoke, nobody was doing anything to cause it). Other than those 2 issues it was again another pleasant relaxing stay.

House is a little dated but we didnt mind. Very roomy for 4 adult guests and super close to the beach! We had a great time and would come back again!

Place was close to a venue we needed to be at, place was clean, beach right there. Couldn't have asked for anything better
