It is clean and bright with a tub and shower combo. The sitting room is tastefully decorated consisting of a couch, love seat, coffee and end tables, Smart TV in both living room and bedroom. Hulu is provided for viewing, live TV, sports, kids programing, and streaming shows. The dining table is conveniently placed next to the window so you can enjoy the beautiful view. If you prefer to dine “Al fresco” Summer Sands boasts several decks with *tables and umbrellas for all guests to enjoy. The property also has many sun loungers, two heated swimming pools, 6 gas grills and an elevator for your convenience. This condo comes with a one car assigned parking spot.
