Beautiful Beachfront Condo in Wildwood Crest, NJ - With Full Kitchen!

Our condo is in the beautiful Summer Sands building located right on the beach in Wildwood Crest, NJ. The condo is located on the 4th floor and has access to ocean views just around the corner. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a spacious living room and kitchen area, this unit is perfect for small families looking to get away and enjoy the beach!

Inside, the unit sleeps four people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dinner and cooking ware, and tools for the grill. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the entire condo. TVs located in the bedroom and the living room have streaming capability and cable for all your entertainment needs. There is also high speed Xfinity WIFI.

Outside, Summer Sands offers numerous amenities that we encourage you to use during your stay. There are two pools and an outdoor shower that are perfect for after the beach. For dining, there are outdoor gas grills on the ground level and a sundeck with tables and chairs for use. There are also coin/card laundry machines on each floor.

Please note: Linens/towels are not provided and there is a strict no pet policy. Refund policy is as follows: 100% refund 14 days before check-in
50% refund 7-14 days before check-in.

In general, the condo was very comfortable. I would have given it an excellent rating except we felt the description of the unit as "beachfront" was misleading. We expected to see the beach and ocean from the condo, but we could not. In fact, one of the pictures used to describe the unit was a scene of the beach and ocean. This was misleading.

Room was very strong with milldew odor. I have had to take all items that was in room and put them outside to sunshine and air then wash. Bed topper was too soft and felt like a bird in a nest. portable a/c too loud factory like sound. needen ear plugs. every thing else was great. I left a measuring cup there in case someone else is doing the cooking. Was a beautiful week. my mate was so happy to go on a vacation since not havin one since the 1990's being close to beach was a bonus. Just the 3 things that I have listed was my only complaint.loved the cleanliness and decor and extra touches of coffee shampoo canned goods etc. much appreciated!! This was my first time booking with vrbo. usually booked with owners at the motel site by phone.So now I know what to expect. Thanks much for the stay. May do this again in the future. Reading Pa.is not that far from you so, we will see. God Bless.

The unit was smaller than expected, but adequate for two friendly people, and sparkling clean. Decor was cute. Storage space was fairly generous considering its small size. The bedroom was tiny and a litle hard to navigate. While the building is oceanfront, this unit is not, and there is no balcony. However, there are two resin chairs on the walkway in front which we enjoyed, especially at night with a cocktail. The building is at the southern end of Wildwood Crest, and we appreciated how relatively quiet it is there and its proximity to Cape May, also. Beaches are far less crowded here and are very well cared for. The building is also well cared for, and contractors worked all week doing maintenance to the building and grounds. AC in the unit was left to two window units, both quite loud. The front of one unit was held on with packing tape. Ceiling fans were quiet and excellent. The unit has no oven or dishwasher, but there is a toaster oven that worked well. Some of the cookware was in rough shape, and I invested a good bit of time cleaning what I could. The grills were in excellent shape and quite welcome. We rented bedlinens and towels from Island's Best Rentals, which worked out great. We had a great time in Wildwood and look forward to returning soon!

Great location, quiet and relaxing. Beach was under water due to Hurricane Erin, but location is easy to access other beaches. Bed is quite uncomfortable.

Great place! On the Beach!

This condo was found to be very clean upon arrival. Many amenities in place in the kitchen of this efficiency condo. Great size for two people, very comfortable. A great place to get away for a few days! This listing for this condo is correct and up to date. The space is updated as well, nice floors, countertops, kitchen too!Nice job Jacob

The unit is clean and has nice appeal. The air conditioners are noisy and the kitchen air conditioner was sweating after being on for a short time. The toilet has a poor flow and nearly over flowed when used. The management is very helpful and fruendly

Father's Day vacation

We had pleasant stay at the condo! Very clean and Jacob provided everything we needed. We would of given a 5 for overall, but air conditioner in kitchen was very loud. We could only run it when we were out doing stuff. It worked out though because it got cooler the next few days outside. Just maybe fix it before next visitors stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Jacob!!

Cozy Place. Beautiful beach just steps away.

This was a nice, well-stocked, and clean place. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if it were just my wife and me. However, it was a bit smaller than expected and tight for us and our teenage daughter.

Our own private get away..

Cape may was solidly booked for this week end so we chose Wildwood Crest. So glad we did, it was not far from what we planned and just perfect. We certainly would book here again.

Quiet Condo Complex with Beach and 2 Pools

Wonderful clean comfortable location with actual good updated pics in ad. Not a Motel/Hotel but a Condo Unit Only so respect is really noted on noise after 9pm. Great place to see fireworks. Wonderful kitchen with every need except Noted: No linens or towels, included which is fine with me. Plenty parking, and SuperMoon was amazing! Will be back! Thank you.
