Tiffany was very responsive, especially since we booked very last minute. Location was great for us, a bit off the main beach but very accessible. Would give 4.5 but there were a few undesirable incidents. One, my husband saw a cockroach run across the refrigerate. Secondly, there was a curtain missing which made it really difficult to asleep.

Loved this little place. Great location, comfortable bed, good access to beach, restaurants, and others services. Easy to get a ride share. The view is the icing on the cake, it would be difficult to find anything comparable that not 5X more expensive. The A/C can struggle a bit to keep up with the south facing view, but it’s. It a big problem. Thanks for having us stay at such a happy little place!

Good location with parking. Host was responsive. As advertised, small studio and clean.

Nice place to stay, airline cancelled my original flight so arrived next day, would have been nice if host was a bit more flexible with something out of my control, but overall nice stay.

Short and sweet

It was a great stay. Was here for 4 days and itWas very convenient, you’re right in the heart of Honolulu. 10 min walk to the beach & 30-45min commutes to other great parts of the island which I loved. The condo has everything you need! Host was great and always answered any questions I had. I did request Parking which was a plus since I found out very quickly parking is a bit difficult to find from what I read. I would stay here again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Good Value

I had messaged the host when booking about how much parking cost and was told that it was 18 dollars a day. I didn't realize that I needed to pay for parking through zelle/venmo and when I reached out to understand how I would park the week before my stay I was informed that I didn't have a parking spot one of the days of my trip because I hadn't paid for the parking when I booked. To my knowledge there wasn't anything in the booking that specified it and I would have appreciated if the host would have been more forthright but so be it. When I came to check-in I didn't have the check-in information and had to call to host a couple of times after being told by the security guard that I didn't have the right information. Once I checked in I realized there was no handsoap, just dishsoap. Other than the communication and the unit not being fully stocked it was affordable clean and satisfied our needs. I felt as though I paid for what I got.

The location was very central. There is a convenience store near by & the strip & beach are within 10-20min walk. Tiffany was a great host & easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple. The view from the property is amazing as well. Only concern regarding cleanliness was the showerhead was quite worn & the air filter in the bathroom should be changed out soon (super dust filled) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very good hotel! Especially, this room has beautiful scenery. And, the response of the owner is so quickly. I have got big help by the owner’s messages. There is note, need to prepare detergents and papers. Towels are will not change and clean person is not coming. Here is the condo, not hotel.

The location was good - walking distance to many areas we wanted to see. The view from the room was great. However, the room itself could use improvements. There was no luggage rack or place to put my suitcase except the floor, which made it very awkward to get on my knees all the time to rummage through the suitcase. The chair next to the bed was very uncomfortable and I had to use the bed pillows in the chair in order to sit for any length of time. The bed mattress definitely needs replacing - lumpy and I sank to the bottom (and I am a small person - 90 lbs.) The drain in the shower was very slow and I found I was ankle deep in water by end of my shower. The water eventually drained, but some "Draino" or similar would be in order. I would also suggest that the plastic flowers be discarded.They are dust catchers and in the way of counter space in the bathroom. I never could get the tv to work, but didn't complain as I didn't care that much. It would have been nice to get the news and weather, but I used my phone. On the positive side, it was nice to have the small refrigerator to store my water and microwave for occasional use. And the kitchenette sink and counter space was convenient. The location and the view are the best features.

Enjoyed our stay

The apartment is centrally located to shops, food, and the beach. It was really nice to have a parking stall (this is extra, but a must because there is zero street parking in Waikiki. The view from the room was gorgeous both at night and during the day. Very reasonably priced.

Affordable room

I found this room in the middle of the city quite nice. Looks like it’s an apartment building with random travelers staying here. It’s very clean and very practical. This location makes it easy to move around the city and walk around to different landmarks and restaurants.

Great location for conference goers

Clean, decent view, but barely a studio, because hot plate & toaster oven are put away. Not really designed for cooking,but food trucks on the corner. Short walk to convention center and Hilton Villages.( & Waikiki) Aso public bus nearby. For a conference would definely stay there.

Everything you will need is at this property! We cooked food here, walked down to the beach in minutes, soo many coffee shops, restaurants and stores near by. We had parking here as well and it just seemed like we picked the perfect place and not to mention this was the best priced place we could find. 10/10 would recommend. Also the views from this place in the photos don’t do it justice, their is the most beautiful view from the 18th floor.
