Tropical Palm Villa was everything and more as advertised. The view, deck, furniture and pool made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay on St Thomas. We were a party of 5 adults and 2 teenagers. They loved the pool and private space in the separate cabana. The beach towels and beach supplies were ideal and made for care-free packing. Host and property manager were excellent communicators and provided great recommendations before and during our stay.

Our stay was lovely! Property was perfect to accommodate our party of 5- 4 adults and 1 - 9 year old kiddo! The separate suite was great for my parents. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities of the house, pool especially. Location was convenient and in scheme of houses on the island, very accessible. Spencer was a gracious host - communicated, available and kind! We will def recommend to anyone traveling to St. Thomas and hope to return!

Outstanding views and a great east end location

We had a wonderful experience at Tropical Palm Villa. All was as advertised, the view was amazing and the accomodations were perfect for our needs. My wife and I stayed in the main building and our daughter, son in law and near 2 year old stayed in the 2nd building. Madison and Spencer were very responsive and made the check in and out so easy. The pool was great but if you have little toddlers, keep the main door locked and use the sliders. This helped us keep Archie safe after we found he could open the standard door. We highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Friends Birthdays and Adventures

I do quite a bit of traveling with family and different friends, so therefore, I am always asked to coordinate trips. I absolutely cannot be any clearer when I say that THIS IS THE PLACE that you want to stay. This is the type of experience you want when you rent a property. From the minute that we signed up to rent this property, we had complete open communication with the owners and their local concierge/support couple. Everyone was so knowledgeable, welcoming, and provided us a wealth of information that made this the perfect place for our vacation. If you rent places as often as I do, this will set the bar higher for your expectations in the future. We did not have to go to the store to get staples for the rental (as you usually do) and when we were ready to leave, we were not asked to gather the towels, strip the beds, empty the trash, etc… it was simply “ leave the keys on the counter and have a safe trip home”. Don’t hesitate choosing this place!

Perfect Getaway

The property was everything we hoped for plus more. Spencer was very helpful with suggestions and answered all our questions promptly. The pool offered the perfect way to wind down from fun filled days exploring both St.Thomas and St. John. I would strongly recommend this property if you're looking for somewhere that offers both a place for togetherness and also privacy when you need it.

Absolutely amazing vacation in Saint Thomas! Not one complaint! We cooked many meals and grilled as well! Amazing view, lovely pool! Slept well.. beds super comfortable! Enjoyed every moment! Honestly I feel the house looked more amazing in person than the pics justify! Thank you for the amazing experience! We would all agree we would stay here again ❤️

Beautiful views!

Beautiful views from every spot of this house! The sunrises were amazing coming up from the ocean and islands. The pool was a hit, as well as the attached cabana house. Close to multiple beaches and eating areas. The owners and manager communicated clearly and were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay and made memories.

Love the house lights out back never got fix to enjoy the back yard. Pool was not heated that would have been nice. And fogging for insects before quest arrived would have been a plus. We have property in cozemel that gets rented out and always fogging is fine on a regular basis.

Absolute Paradise

Spencer and Michele communicated extremely well and the description of the property was right on. The accommodations were above expectations and everything you want if you are traveling to St. Thomas. Location is great for most activities that you will want to do. Upon arrival Mason (property manager) greeted us with a smile and a vast knowledge of places to go, things to do, and a plethora of amenities that you might need from the grocery store to a car wash. Anytime I needed anything from directions to recommendations both Spencer and Mason replied within a matter of minutes and in most case seconds. I will absolutely be returning here with more friends and family. For the price point you won’t find a better house or a better host and property manager. Don’t waste your time looking at other properties. Book this one now.

Nice place to stay on St Thomas

Very nice and clean house with lots of amenities. Beautiful views overlooking Smith Bay, St John’s and BVI. Bedrooms are good size with private baths. Air conditioning is only in bedrooms.

Everything I could have hoped for

We have stayed In many Vrbo homes and This home is a show stopper.. absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of. The views are everything!! Spencer and Mason were so helpful and communicated quick anytime we had a question or needed anything. Mason as the manager and personal concierge met us when we arrived and also before we left. This is the first time we have had this level of service and we very much appreciated it. The home had everything you could ever need and was very clean and comfortable. This villa will definitely be our go to villa the next time we visit. We highly recommend staying here for your next vaca. You will not be disappointed ☺️

The property was outstanding, well maintained and would say even better in person. The views are exceptional. Meeting for check in with property manager was seamless and informative! The location gives some privacy and within a 5 to 10 minute drive to plenty of beaches and eating options. We look forward to staying again.

Exceeded our expectations! This is truly the most beautiful villa overlooking the most beautiful view in the US. Outstanding View

This house was top-notch with a truly incredible view! Three adult couples stayed for a week in this extremely clean and spacious house. From the start, communication with the owners, Spencer and Michelle, and property manager, Mason was excellent. We appreciated the advice about renting a car from a local company rather than a national brand at the airport, saving us a lot of time and hassle. Upon arrival, Mason gave us the grand tour, topping it off with a delicious rum punch reception. He also gave suggestions on restaurants and things to do, and quickly answered questions whenever we asked. The house was well stocked with everything that was needed to spend a day(s) at the beach: sun block, beach towels and chairs, insulated cups, coolers and a variety of snorkeling gear. It allowed us to easily visit and enjoy all the beautiful beaches of St. Thomas and St. John. If you're looking for a house with a great view that is close to all the attractions in St. Thomas, this is the house for you.

Great St Thomas Getaway

The villa was a great holiday getaway for the family and would highly recommend. Very clean and well equipped with a nice pool to lounge in the afternoons and a beautiful view from high on the hill. The hosts and caretaker were great with communication and recommendations for anything we needed. The location was nice to be away from the crowds of Charlotte-Amalie but still close to Red Hook for shopping and dining.

Fabulous gem! Highly recommend!

Our family stayed at this beautiful hill-top villa and could not have chosen a better place! The view is incredible and it makes you want to go out and explore everything the islands have to offer. Our kids played in the amazing pool everyday as we explored the beaches and little towns around the island. The villa is conveniently close to a number of beaches, shops, and restaurants. It has all the amenities needed for a fabulous vacation. Fully stocked kitchen, towels, pool toys, and even sunscreen. The owners and property manager were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They provided ideas for adventures and recommendations for shopping and dining. We will be telling all of our friends and family about this beautiful place and do hope one day to return to the islands! Thank you Spencer, Michelle, and Jerscillia

Happy family

The entire check in process went smoothly. Very clean. The pictures are precise. Beautiful views. Pool was great. Grilling on the patio was nice. Close to Sapphire Bay and Red Hook. My adult kids and 2 year old grandson loved our week here. We would definitely rent this property again. The hosts were very accommodating and kept in touch with us.

Beautiful Villa with a Great View!

We brought our kids and grandkids to experience the islands, and the views from this villa did not disappoint! The villa has a great layout, was clean, and decorated beautifully. Loved the beach towels, ice chest, chairs, etc. - was perfect for our pool and beach days. The villa is a short drive to Coki beach and Redhook. The hilly driving can be a bit daunting at first, but it's what you have to do for those views! We were very impressed by the responsiveness of the hosts. They replied immediately to any email or text, both before the trip and while we were there. They gave lots of info and recommendations that we used. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Tropical Palm Villa, and would highly recommend it!

Perfect House and Hosts

If you can't make up your mind stop looking and just book this home. It has all the amenities you could want. Coolers, beach towels, insulated cups and so much more! The host sent us many good recommendations and tips before and during our stay. He sent us so many small details that would make our vacation run smoothly such as car rentals, grocery stores, restaurants etc. He had a lovely caretaker greet us and lead us to the villa upon arrival. He even let us know the day before we were leaving the main roads would be closed going back to the airport due to Carnival and sent us an alternate route. The house is in a wonderful location, close to everything with stunning views and exactly as pictured on the website. You won't regret booking Tropical Palm Villa!

Overall this house met all of our needs and had a n Incredible view. The owners were really supportive and provided all the info we needed. House needs some updates due to damage in one of the bathrooms and paint doesn’t match on the walls Only reason I can’t give 5 stars. I’m sure it will be fixed again great owners. Also, have a SUV to coear backing up in the driveway.

Hello! We are Michele and Spencer. We are excited to share our love of travel and the unique paradise that is St Thomas with guests that visit us at our Tropical Palm Villa. We fell in love with St. Thomas on our 5 year wedding anniversary trip in 2014 when we stayed at a beautiful villa on the south side of the island. Ever since then we have been searching for a way to make our dream of owning a villa in paradise a reality, and it has finally happened!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

So how did we fall in love with Tropical Palm Villa? Ahh... let me count the ways! Perhaps it was the mature palm trees waving in the breeze... or the infinity pool overlooking the ocean... maybe it was the incredible construction of the Villa with private bathrooms in EACH bedroom... it was certainly all those things BUT... what really makes this place special is the LOCATION. Many villas on St. Thomas have views of the ocean, some have views of islands and the ocean, very few have views of the US and British Virgin Islands, and there's only a couple houses perched at the top of Emerald hill that capture ALL of these ingredients in one paradise-packed Villa. The view of the islands bobbing away in the distance is one of the most truly mesmerizing panoramas we have seen in the entire world. We hope you get a chance to see for yourself!
