Situado junto a las aguas protegidas de la Bahía de San Cowpet Extremo este de Thomas, este complejo cerrado cuenta con una gran piscina de agua dulce, pistas de tenis (iluminadas para jugar de noche de noviembre a sólo el 15 de junio), el césped con jardines y una playa de arena blanca que ofrece un buen buceo. El establecimiento también dispone de un sistema generador de asegurar no hay cortes de energía.

Como dueños de esta propiedad durante 25 años vamos a ir camino de salida para asegurarse de que AVE unas excelentes vacaciones

El Anchorage está situado justo al lado del St. Thomas Yacht Club, y convenientemente situado cerca de las playas, tiendas, The Ritz Carlton Resort, y la ciudad de Red Hook donde puedes coger un ferry a otras islas de Estados Unidos y BV.

La unidad dispone de tres dormitorios K, Q, K + 2 individuales, tres baños completos, una sala de estar de planta abierta con cocina y comedor. Una terraza cubierta se abre hacia fuera de la sala de estar donde se puede disfrutar de las vistas del Mar Caribe y San John.

El condominio es impecable y muy bien decorada.

Exceptional communication

We stayed for 6 nights in this wonderful condo. There were 6 of us, 4 young adult daughter's and friends. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and give the girls their space. The immediate communication with Don was very friendly and helpful. He made it feel like we were renting from a family member. The condo is conveniently located close to Red Hook. All island adventures/beaches were easily and quickly accessible. We would definitely recommend this condo. feel like you were

Perfect condo for family of 6 at a great location

Dec, 2024: This was a beautiful condo with a fantastic location and plenty of space for our family of 6 (we could have fit 8.) We loved having the lanai for breakfast each morning and we were very close to shopping and great restaurants in Red Hook (5 min) and all our fav beaches; Secret Harbour for snorkeling and the BEST sunset (5 min, get there early for beach parking) and Sapphire Beach (8 min, easy, free parking). We had a full kitchen and were able to cut down on luggage by using the washer/dryer midweek. My teen boys loved the expansive loft space. It was also nice to have a pool to relax in after a day at the beach and great to have access to beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie board and beach toys. Don was great to communicate with and very responsive. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Family of Six - Spring Break (High School)

March 2024 - My wife and I brought our four high school age kids (3 boys & 1 girl) to St. Thomas for their spring break. While there were some logistical challenges with our flights, Don's property was perfect for our family, and Don was great to work with, both before and during our stay. The condo is located in a quiet cove/bay about a 4 minute drive to the town of Red Hook. It is a third (top) floor unit with a large deck overlooking the tennis courts, pool, and view of sailboats anchored in the bay; we spent a lot of time on the deck, making use of the large round table big enough to accommodate our family, and made use of the grill for a couple of dinners. The main floor has two bedrooms and two baths, along with the well-stocked kitchen, and family room with a smart TV. The upstairs loft area has three beds and a bathroom with shower. So, lots of open space making for a very comfortable stay. Don was/is a great host - providing lots of valuable information about the islands and logistics before the trip. He was very accommodating and flexible with our travel issues, and went above-and-beyond what I've experienced with any other VRBO host (and with our large family, we utilize this method of vacationing on the regular. And anytime I had a question, Don was prompt in responding. A few notes about the island - it is beautiful; food is expensive; driving can be challenging; Red Hook is fun; Charlotte Amalie is not a place to be after 5 pm; St. John Island is nice too.

Perfect place for our island vacation

We had a fabulous time on our vacation and this condo was a perfect home base. We highly recommend this condo. The photos in the listing are very accurate. The view and breeze from the balcony was so nice. We ate several meals out on the balcony. The condo is very roomy, comfortable and extremely clean. We had great communication from the owner as well as an e-mail with wonderful suggestions and tips about the island, grocery stores, restaurants and airport info which was very helpful. The location of the condo is nice because it is in a quiet area but very easy to get to the busy Red Hook area. We had our family of 7 and there was more than enough room for us. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed for cooking and they offered that guests could use the things in the storage closet. We borrowed the cooler, beach chairs, swim fins and beach towels and made sure that we took care of them and returned them to the closet. It saved us a lot of money not having to buy/rent those beach items as well as being able to cook some meals. The washer and dryer in the unit was very handy as well. Thanks to the owners for sharing their wonderful condo with us. We will be staying here each time we come to the islands. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult children . It was a perfect place for us! Loved the location, the view, nearby beaches and the place was clean and great amenities . It had everything we needed and more . Don was prompt in communication and gave us ideas on things to do and great recommendations! We would all love to come back again !

Wonderful relaxing place to stay

This was a wonderful property for our family. We had four adults and two children age 7 and 10. The kids loved the loft and sitting on the balcony. My son played tennis every day. There was a closet with beach accessories such as chairs, a cooler, multiple sizes of swim fins, and boogie boards that we could use at the beaches. There were also tennis rackets and tennis balls. Don was very communicative and helpful. I appreciate his efforts to make our vacation a wonderful experience.

College spring break

We took 3 of our college aged kids on Spring Break and stayed at Dons condo. The directions he gave were exact and easy to follow, he gave us great recommendations and the condo was conveniently located. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The bedrooms had bathrooms for each and also plenty of hangers and room for luggage. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again!

Lovely condo and area

We had an excellent stay at the condo and thoroughly enjoyed the nearby beaches and town. The condo was very comfortable, bright, clean and spacious for our party of 5. The deck was perfect for family meals and the internet access was excellent for our family members who needed to keep up with work. Access to beaches was great -- just a short walk -- and there were lots of amenities close by, including restaurants and shopping. Don was an excellent host, always available right away to answer our questions, and to work with us when we had scheduling issues. The entire family loved our stay there.

Amazing stay and view

This location was great, we felt very safe. The villa was very clean and the host was extremely helpful and there when we needed. This places is much better in person and the balcony view is just amazing. There was an electric grill which we used and worked great. Right behind the condominium is a small but a little rocky beach aa well as another near by beach and restaurants. All the rooms had Ac and Fan. At night it did get a little hot in the room near the balcony and the top flood but not manageable. A wonderful breeze if you leave the balcony screen open. The pool was wonderful and right next to the beach. Only small issue is you have to walk to the gate for cab pick ups as they couldn't get in. The bathrooms on the first floor were great and the top shower is more for small children, no one 5ft or taller could use but with two other showers is was fine.

Second home

The condo felt like home. It was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The condo and neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We were 2 couples and 3 young adults and everyone enjoyed their stay. We have local friends and had visitors and always felt comfortable and spacious. Staying at the East End gives us many close places to go to and the area felt safe.

Great location but maybe not with teenagers

Great location. Don was very helpful with everything. My main comment is I would have liked to have known in advance of selecting this unit all the rules. I have teenagers and if you make noise hanging out on the balcony or even running the washer at the wrong time you will anger neighbors. This was not in the description. The Washer was so loud it drown out the TV. There were broken tiles on the floor in one bedroom and the coffee maker needs to be replaced.

Perfect stay at the anchorage

We had an amazing time at this condo. It was perfectly located during our sons regatta. The apartment was clean and cool during the hot days. The kitchen serviced us many meals, and the laundry was kept clean and dry durning the regatta. Would recommend this place and may be back next year for the same regatta.

the east end of st thomas is the best. you cant get bored here, if you get restless take a ferry or rent a boat and visit the other US an British VI. its best to see it all from the water. so many beautiful beaches within a short walk or ride. When you leave there is zero cleaning to be done, do bed stripping, washing towels etc, we take care of it all so you can enjoy every minute of your stay

we play tennis, visit beaches, enjoy great dinners out, really chil. we normally have breakfast and lunch at our condo, as we go back and forth to the pool and beach.
