OWNER OPERATED-NO ADDED MGMT FEES!

Enjoy this beautiful updated 2 bedroom top floor condo just steps away from ski trails, mountain biking, and hiking. In a quiet setting above the base of the mountain, perfect for family getaways or time with friends.

Imagine waking up in a comfortable king sized bed (both bedrooms), head to the updated stainless kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Suit up in your coats, boots and helmets from the custom mud bench and take the elevator down to the 1st Floor, grab you skis from your ski locker and head out the side door. Strap on your gear and enjoy a green run down to Chrisite Base. When you are ready for lunch or a break, avoid the crowds in the chalet and ski back to the condo, kick off your boots and enjoy some sandwiches or burgers on the BBQ (Condo Balcony). When you are ready to head back out, toss dinner in the crock pot and ski the rest of the afternoon. When your day is done, ski home, use the provided boot dryer, and spoil yourself with the choice of a steam shower, heated-jetted bath, or warm up by the wood burning stove. If you are in a social mood, a short walk across the parking lot will put you at the community heated pool and hot tub. Cap off your night by watching a television program on any of the 3 flatscreen TV’s in the condo.

Great Condo!!

The condo was perfect, and was probably the most equipped we’ve ever stayed in. It had anything and everything you would need! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Martha was so sweet to work with! Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Had a great stay for the month of June. Host was great and we appreciated that they stocked the condo with everything we needed (except food). Location was near wildlife, saw moose, bear, foxes. Loved Steamboat!!

Great stay in Steamboat

The condo was very nice, super comfortable, and well stocked with everything you could need. Communication with the owners was excellent. We had a great stay!The only thing that could have been better was the ski-in / ski-out. The ski-out was fine, but skiing in was a very long flat and partial uphill path that you had to pole along to get back.

Terrific for Skiers

My two teenage sons and a longtime friend shared the condo for a four-night stay, including three days of terrific skiing. We have enjoyed many long ski weekends at Steamboat over the years and stayed in several buildings near the ski area. This unit worked out best of any.It is a well cared for unit in an older but well located building -- truly ski in and ski out. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, clean and in excellent condition. The hosts are conscientious and communicate well. We hope to return next year.

Perfect Ski Holiday Condo

James and Martha are terrific hosts and have a wonderful condo, just as described in the listing, that was perfect for our family ski trip to Steamboat. The place is well appointed, well stocked with everything you need and more! Ski in ski out was so convenient. We especially loved the Warren Miller dvds. Thank you so much! We’ll be back!

Fabulous apartment, super convenient for skiing!

I stayed with my son for a short ski trip prior to Christmas. The apartment was one of the most comfortable that we have stayed in on our (many!) ski trips. Very well equipped, ski in -ski out (literally) with a shuttle bus to/from the base area for anyone not wanting to ski down. Would definitely stay again!

Steamboat Stopover

My wife and I used to live in the Aspen/Snowmass area where we were headed to reunite with some old friends. Since we had never visited Steamboat during our years in Colorado we decided to make a detour and visit the area. We had a great time discovering Steamboat and the condo fit our needs perfectly. Clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. High marks in all areas.

The property was fabulous. Ample amount of kitchen supplies. Linens were great and the beds were very comfortable. Felt lime you were in your own home. Will stay again next year

Steamboat stay

We had a wonderful stay with fantastic communication from the owners. Martha checked in with us a few times to make certain all our needs were met. The condo has a well stocked kitchen as well as extras in the unit to ensure a wonderful stay. Very quiet location by close to everything you need. Thank you. We will be back😀

Fantastic Stay in Steamboat!

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is an ideal place to stay when visiting Steamboat Springs. The condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The unit is directly across from the pool and gym. Parking is easy. We had absolutely no issues during our 2 week+ stay during the summer of 2024. I would strongly recommend to those interested in visiting Steamboat.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is wonderful and the beds are super comfy. Loved the easy check-in/out process. Owners checked in on us to see if everything was going well and if we needed anything. The Steam Shower is AMAZING!!! Would definitely stay here again!

The location of the property is fantastic for skiing and the condo was very well appointed. The hosts were very friendly and great communicators, and they made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend this place for your vacation!

Fantastic stay!

True ski-in/ski-out! Had everything we needed - great location, fireplace, plenty of space , all kitchen necessities, and comfortable beds. The steam shower was incredible! We didn't have any problems, but the owners were very responsive when we had questions! Our stay was amazing! Thanks!

Wonderful Steamboat condo

This condo was amazing. Everything you could possibly want or need were provided! The description is accurate and it’s even better than we had hoped for. The bed was very comfortable and the place is really quite large. It’s perfect for 2 couples although we were alone. The grill on the patio was perfect. We grilled several nights. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Steamboat.
