There are 11 pools (5 heated from Oct 15-Apr 15) in the neighborhood. 1 is across from the Townhouse and 1 is on the beach! Self Check-In.

This house was absolutely perfect for a spring break getaway! The neighborhood was so nice, clean, and quiet with great pools, quick access to the beach, and walking distance to shops. Loved the balcony and the pickleball courts nearby! Keypad door code was super convenient :)

There are many pools some of which are closed but we was able to find a pool close enough to walk to that was indeed heated!

The accommodations do not match the listing, the photos of the unit are outdated; the couches which are yellow in the listing photos are now brown & badly stained. The carpets throughout the second floor are no longer beige- are now brown and very badly stained. The towels are also badly stained and have rips and holes in them. The beds and pillows were very old and need to be replaced. The community where the property is located is well maintained; although this unit is not. I would not recommend staying here and would not personally return.

Great place and location

My daughter and her friends had a great time for their Spring Break. Pool, pickle ball, and close to the beach. Place was perfect for the 4 of them, clean and safe.

Very cute property and great host

The location is great. It was an easy walk to the beach. Close to the playground and a pool. Looks just like the pictures. The property owner/ manager is quick to respond and very friendly. I plan to stay again in the future.

We took a little family vacation and stayed here. It was close to the beach and very clean! I got very fast responses back from host and he was very nice! I think one of my favorite things about it was the water pressure in the shower!! I could have stood in there all day. It’s also a very nice community and clean

Great Vacation at PCB

My wife and I stayed here for the month of November. The place was just as described, and perfect for what we needed. The home was well stocked with everything you could need while there. The location was superb. The community it is located in was wonderful. Many pools, pickleball courts, tennis courts, weight room, mini putt, and more. The area felt super safe and secure. The proximity to the beach, area restaurants, bars and shops was great. We will definitely stay here again if and when we return to PCB.

Great Place to Stay!

My wife and I, our 2 year old, and (2) 16 year old's stayed here for a week for our 2024 family vacation. We loved the location being so close to the beach, pools, and all other activities in the area. Every store we needed was within 5 minutes, maximizing our time spent having fun together. We took advantage of the multiple pools and the neighborhood beach house with beach access! There was an issue with the gate code but the guard let us through and our host responded in minutes with the updated code. We will definitely consider staying here if we visit PCB again.

I fell in love with the location. I was able to walk to the beach, Sunrise for breakfast, the Liq for daiquiris, and the Gulf Highlands Beach House for service with a smile. The carpet in the house needs to be cleaned or replaced, but the pools are clean, the walk to the beach is short, and even the exercise room is neat.

Great place to stay!

Our family stayed at this property for vacation and it was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was close to anything we wanted to do. The owner is very responsive any time you need to reach him. We would stay here again. Thank you
