Swim all winter long in our heated pool! One block to the beach our single family home offers a private, fenced in backyard with a pool, coconut trees and sunshine. The lounge room opening up to the pool offers Roku TV for your entertainment.

Beach towels, washer and dryer, blender, cooler, kitchen cookware and essentials, plenty of dresser and closet space, ultra comfy mattresses and more to help you relax and enjoy!

Great location to the beach, shoos, restaurants and the casino. Enjoyed seeing the cruse ships. The house was charming and spacious. We had fun with the paddle ball table. The pool was great. Loved the book collection. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and amenities

We vacation every year to Cocoa Beach and this year our family stayed here. Our 3 boys loved the pool and ping pong table. They liked it so much they want to stay here again next year.

Awesome location/Great house

Great location for the beach and close to all the restaurants. Pool was nice, we enjoyed the pool as much as anything else. Our dog enjoyed chasing the lizards all around the property. Would definitely stay again.

Communication with Darrin was amazing, property was great, pool was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to famous Ron Jon surf shop. Neighbors were helpful and friendly. This stay was a 9.9 out of 10 my girls are already planning next years vacation

Fantastic place to stay for vacation

Had great communication with property manager. House was very clean when we got there. Had beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Game room was very nice. The pool was very clean and maintained.

Relaxing beach get away!

We stayed for almost a week so the our two kiddos and our dogs. The house was clean and had plenty of towels and kitchen gear. It was close to several beaches, parks and a company that did kayaking tours! We had a great time 😊

we had an AMAZING stay!! spent a week here and it was great!! our entire family. our adult kids and our grandson. there was 8 of us total and we fit perfect!! and the pool was amazing!!! highly recommend this place!! we will definitely book again!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience during our recent stay. The property was not only beautiful but also well-maintained. Great Relaxing Location

My only complaint is that our trip was too short!! The neighborhood is quiet. The house was clean, inviting, and fun - pool, ping pong. The couch was so comfy and so were the beds! Darrin answered any questions I had super fast and he is so friendly! I’m hoping to stay again on our next trip!!

2nd Stay at Property - Another home run

Once again, our recent stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. The property was stunning and impeccably clean, making us feel right at home. The host again went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, responding promptly to all of our inquiries. Reiterating my previous review of the property; the setting and the convenience of being close to local attractions make it all the more enjoyable. For families, this location is an incredible value and should be a top pick for the area.

Florida getaway

Reasonably priced vacation home, that felt like home. It is an older house that had some nice updates. Very convenient to restaurants and only a block and half from the beach. Just hanging out and use of the pool was great with some nature shade. The owners provided some beach and pool accessories. For us personally, having use of the garage to keep our motorcycle was great! Not enough room to park a car, but plenty of room for a motorcycle. Enjoyed the stay and would rent again.

Great family pet friendly property

This property is in an awesome location! Great owners who stay in touch and are super helpful! We watched 6 Space X launches from the beach that we walked to by the house. Only a short walk. Fun in the heated pool, and on the ping pong table. My wife and I stayed for 5 weeks. Great break from the Missouri cold. Great neighborhood to walk in. Quick 40 minute drive to Orlando airport to pick up family. Great restaurants that are in walking distance. Definitely eat at the pier. We grilled several nights by the pool.
