Many places are within walking distance locally such as the beach, shops, restaurant/bars, etc. You are very close to the A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 50 min away). Less than a mile to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area.
