Make sure to take time to visit both nearby Busch Gardens and Water Country, USA while you enjoy your time here. After these busy days, take advantage of on-site recreation and endless amenities in a picturesque setting. The well-manicured lawns and pristine lakes make a lovely retreat after a day of adventuring in Colonial Williamsburg. The resort also cycles through a variety of amenities and events, which may include painting classes, wine and cheese tastings, muffins and mimosas, ice cream socials, and fun activities and crafts for kids, like sharpie tie-dye, candy bingo, and build-a-buddy workshops.

And by choosing this unit, your comfortable, relaxing retreat awaits in this beautiful 1,242 square foot home away from home! This beautifully decorated 2- bedroom deluxe condo sleeps 8 people:
*king-sized bed in the main suite
*2 queen beds in the second bedroom
*queen-sized sleeper sofa is in the living room

You will have 2 full bathrooms and a whirlpool tub in the main suite. There is a shower/tub combination in the second bathroom.

Your kitchen is a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, place settings (down to the placemats!), flatware, garbage disposal, coffee maker, ice maker, etc.

There is also a washer/dryer IN the condo and a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Other conveniences include: iron/ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clocks, cable TV, DVD player, safe for valuables in the master closet, complimentary wifi, free on-site parking, etc.

Guests will be emailed a guest pass for check-in several days before travel. I will be asking you for the name, address, and phone number of the guest checking-in. This person must be at least 21-years of age. IF you have name changes after you receive this guest pass, it will incur a $99 fee. Guest passes are for your safety and secure the property to your name. They are a requirement of Wyndham.

If you anticipate a late arrival, please contact the resort directly (phone number on your guest pass.) The resort offers 24-hour check in, but a late arrival could affect your room assignment.

Also note that enhanced safety and cleaning protocols and disinfecting measures have been put into place according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements for effectively combating COVID and other viruses. To ensure your privacy, there will be no one entering your unit after check-in--there is no daily housekeeping service and maintenance will only enter your unit with your knowledge.

You may be offered the opportunity to attend a vacation ownership meeting lasting 90 min. They may offer an incentive of free shows or gift certificates for restaurants. You are in no way obligated to attend these meetings and it is by no means a requirement of this reservation.
