Superbly located close to everything the area offers, this charming three-story townhouse is perfect for year-round fun. Enjoy a close locale just a few steps from the free resort shuttle and a half-mile from Northstar Village for your next ski getaway! In warmer seasons, take the provided paddleboard and venture out to the lake where water adventures await you! There is also plenty of hiking in the area, and golf nearby, and shared tennis and hot tub on-site.

The main living area is on the second floor and features high, vaulted ceilings, bright wood paneling, and natural lighting. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen for making delicious meals, a fireplace for cozy moments, a massive smart TV with cable for unwinding after the day's adventures, and high-speed internet for remote work. Step out on the balcony while enjoying the home's quiet seclusion in the crisp mountain air. You will even have a washer/dryer, so you can afford to pack light for your trip!

The first level features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and access to a covered balcony, the other with a twin bunk and an extra twin, and this level enjoys a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well. The main bedroom is on the third floor, with grand, vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, and a private sink with a mirror. Next door, the fourth bedroom has a twin bunk and a double bed, and you'll find a shared bathroom boasting a shower/tub combo between the rooms. Little guests can enjoy a Pack 'n Play.

With so much to offer inside and so much to explore outside, this home is an excellent union of comfort and convenience.

Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
