Perfect Marco Condo

This condo was perfect for my husband and 2 children! It is as described, clean, beautiful view, easy walk to the beach. We couldn’t have had a better time! Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay

This was an amazing location for us for everything! We had a lot of friends give us recommendations of where to go and this spot was so close to it all, within at least 1-2 miles of everything. Owners were great, respond quickly to questions and great directions with all. It does say that there are 3 single beds. When we arrived we didn’t see the 3rd single, but realized it was a pull out under one of the other beds. Wasn’t huge deal, but would have liked all 3 of my boys to have higher level bed, but definitely didn’t take away from our stay. Before we booked this stay, some ratings showed the beach was quite a walk. It definitely wasn’t a hop, skip, and jump away to get right to the shore, but in my opinion I loved the walk to the shore. Access to beach was right off the condo pool, we are a family who enjoy our steps so this was perfect. My boys are 5, 10, and 12 and they had no issues. There was not a ton of sitting room in the living room to be comfortable to watch tv for a family of five. I would recommend recliners instead of what is currently there or an additional sofa. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Great communication with host- very nice property with sunset views and great pool. Walk to ocean is a bit of a hike with gear. Unit is very nicely decorated but kitchen is outdated. Prior guest broke rules and smoked heavily, but host was gracious and asked what we needed to fix smoke smell/.

Great place and awesome views

This place was wonderful, we enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time on the balcony and by the pool. The condo fit our needs perfectly and we would stay again!

Great Marco Island condo

Koury was by far the best VRBO host- communication was outstanding! The condo is exactly how it’s shown and described. Super clean and cozy with everything we needed. Everything you would need for the beach is right there for you as well. One other guest described that their biggest dilemma each day was to go to the beach or the pool, and we found that was the same for us! The walk to the beach is super easy and of course who doesn’t love walking on a beach, so it really wasn’t that far and it’s nice packed sand. We loved going back, grabbing dinner and heading back out for amazing sunsets. For being spring break- the availability to set up on the beach was an ease. Definitely will be back- my family (including two teen girls) said it was their fav spring break ever and sooo relaxing! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Great location; nice unit

Very nice, clean condo in a great location with a great view. Listing pictures are true and accurate; you get what you see. Well equipped kitchen with mostly new appliances. Communication with owners was impressive and beyond what we've experienced in the past.

Holiday at the beach

Ideal place for relaxing at the beach. Easy drive for groceries, restaurants & shopping. Unit has everything needed to cook & enjoy the beach. Would rent again.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. I cannot say enough good things about the owner of the unit. For example; at our arrival time, there were many families checking into this gated community. Our registration went much quicker, thanks to the owner pre-registering our vehicle. The condo property is well-maintained. The pool area was very clean. There is even staff at the pool to insure everyone is safe & obeys the rules. The condo had various toys, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and even a wagon to haul everything to the beach. The wagon in the unit was broken, so we contacted the owner & she replaced it immediately. The laundry room was right around the corner from this unit, which was very convenient. We liked the unit and complex very much and will definitely return.

Great location and amenities

The location of the unit with a nice view of the gulf and pool area was great. The owner made it easy to get in. Bed was comfortable but a bit squeaky. Unit was dated but cozy with everything we needed for our extended stay.

Family vacation middle of December. Beautiful views from balcony of pool and ocean. Lots to do in area. Enjoyed morning walks on the beach searching for shells. Would book again.

Winter get away

Great place to relax really enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of stuff to do without leaving south seas. Great views and just a 1/4 mile walk on the beach to the ocean. Koury was great to work with and answered all our questions in a very prompt. It made it very easy. Would stay again

Great vacation

This condo was great. Very cleanand had nearly everything we needed. Owner was great, answered questions promptly. The only negative things have nothing to do with the actual condo. The walk to the beach is at least .5 a mile. Which isn't a big deal unless you are trying to pull a loaded wagon with beach supplies with you. It's not fun. It's more than just a short walk. The other negative is that May 1st thru Oct 31st is turtle season, and it's taken very seriously. You will get fined if your lights are not off and your curtains are not closes after 9pm. Also the pool at the condo has a lot of rules that are strictly adhered to. Which is fine if you're children are older. If not, that could be an issue. Otherwise this was a great place to stay and we had a great vacation.

We are a family of 5 from Michigan who loves the water and sunshine. Bryce is a new-home builder and Koury is a Nurse Practitioner and health coach. We have 3 small children who also love the beach and water. We have always wanted to buy a place on the ocean but never really knew exactly where we wanted to be. When we visited Marco Island in 2019, we fell in love with the island and knew this is where we needed to buy a place for our family.

We wanted to be able to share our love for this island with other families with the convenience of weekly rentals or long-term stays to those lucky enough to do so. We chose this property because it is located right on the beach as well as having a lagoon we can explore. This is a gated community that has 24/7 security at the gate so it is a safe community. While it is located right on the beach, it is within walking distance to restaurants.
