Tucked away behind the gates of our lovely neighborhood rests our Blue Holiday of La Quinta with its sought after south facing private backyard retreat and private pool with a sun shelf and spa. Relax poolside under majestic towering palms that light up at night with flowing hibiscus trees or set up your laptop for a one-of-a-kind work experience. Enjoy the built-in fire pit with a seating area to make s'mores or cozy up under the twinkling stars while your loved ones enjoy multiple covered lounging areas with misters, water features and fans. The built-in barbeque and ice chest will make dinner service a breeze for you and your guests at our new outdoor dining set . Inside you are greeted with an open floor plan with high ceiling and tall doors, stainless steel appliances and a convenient laundry room with washer and dryer and sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with domestic necessities to prepare light meals or a fine dinner feast. The main floor features a master suite with an ensuite double vanity, a sunken tub and separate walk-in shower, a walk- in closet with built-ins with an easy step out poolside. Two additional guest bedrooms are on the second floor, one with a balcony overlooking a local mountain and the other a Juliet balcony connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Home to over 30 public and private golf courses including the PGA West, and tournament events such as, The American Express, as well as The Humana Challenge, La Quinta is a great city to hit some balls, relax, and soak in the sun! Not to mention La Quinta is also home to the BNP Tennis tournament, the nationally respected Date Festival, and the tranquil and serene Lake Cahuilla. And located only minutes outside of Coachella, it makes the perfect resting place after the Coachella and Stagecoach Valley Music Festivals!

I would give this property a 6 star. Beautiful area. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. The host was great. The house was the best of the many we have stayed at. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience.

The property manager did not wish to help us with the amenities such as the nonworking gate code and access to the ipad to control the pool. She had several personal problems happening at once and when we asked for help she was impatient and condescending. The entire unit smelled like wet dog and the counter tops and floors had clearly not been cleaned. The floors felt sticky and gritty. We were not happy with the overall experience.

I am really disappointed with the review given. This is the first time we have ever been given anything less than 4 stars as we strive to ensure every guest is presented with a clean, peaceful, safe environment. It would have only been to your benefit to reply not only to our property manager, Lisa, but to us as well so we could have addressed the issues which you listed in the review. After each guest checks out, our team of professional cleaners thoroughly deep cleans our home to ensure the next guests feels just as welcome and cared for. In all of our communication we were never told about the lack of cleanliness or that our home smelled like a dog. I am concerned why this was never brought up during your stay as we would have addressed the issue immediately. As far as the key cards, we apologize for the inconvenience of them not working; however, we did have our other key cards tested by our property manager and it worked. Lisa reached out to you in an effort provide you with working key cards, but you never replied to her. These were simple issues that we would have liked to have fixed for your stay to be enjoyable. Ultimately, this review is unfortunate as we are appreciative of every guest entrusting us with their vacation. We hope the best you and yours. Thank you.

Property was great. Family enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the back yard in general. Nice that it was close to old LaQuinta for eating out options Did need to drive a bit to El Paseo and Palm Springs but still not that big of a drive Enjoyed our stay

We stayed two weeks in this elegantly appointed home in February 2025. All communication with Tanya was answered fully and promptly. Lisa met us for a smooth check-in upon our arrival. We were very impressed from the very beginning. The home is beautifully decorated with art and furnishings of the very highest quality. Linens, towels, and even toilet paper were all top-notch (I hate paying for a "luxury" accommodation and finding synthetic sheets or cheap towels/toilet paper). The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed in terms of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. We appreciated finding basics such as paper towels, Zip-Lock bags, coffee filters, etc. The pool and hot tub were a pleasure to use; the sound of the overflowing water from the tub to the pool was so soothing. This development was very thoughtfully designed; even though there are neighbors on all sides, the outdoor areas are completely private (such that I felt comfortable enjoying the hot tub au naturel). All of the outdoor spaces are usable and well-designed. We grilled and ate dinner outside many nights. That said, restaurants are a short drive away in La Quinta. And do NOT miss El Toro Loco, the gourmet Mexican market with amazing house-made chips, salsas, and USDA prime meats (pre-marinated or spice-rubbed) ready for grilling. We could not have been happier with our desert getaway. We can highly recommend this property for those wanting a comfortable, elegant home here. Thank you Tanya and Lisa.

The Perfect Holiday Escape

Vacationed here recently with my family and my parents. The house suited all ages. Lots of positives to share, most noteworthy were the quality of the beds, open floorplan, well stocked kitchen, communication with hosts... The house played a strong supporting role in our great holiday vacation!

Great location to access all that Palm Springs has to offer!

Condo was great for 3 adult couples. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. We used the spa one night ($100 extra) after a long day of exploring (Sunnylands Estate) and pickleball (Demuth Park near the airport, 12 courts). One car garage was nice for our mini-van rental. Anything bigger would not fit.

Spring getaway

We enjoyed the house and location. Everything was good quality and a very quiet and peaceful local. We were surprised that just before arrival, we were informed that an extra charge (large) would be required for pool and spa usage. Rented in the valley for many years and pool/spa charge was upfront and paid in advance. Suggest an update on site how and what amenities are actually included.

Hi Lu, Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the extra charge to heat the pool and spa; however, it simply could not be helped. The sudden huge spike in gas rates was a surprise to us as well and we just could not take on any added expense. I hoped the option of our community pool could have possibly alleviated the need to heat our private pool but then again, I completely understand wanting to use a private pool verses a public pool and spa. Also, I agree with you to just have one lump sum/fee, so I have updated our prices. The only additional fee is a pet fee, so it's a as needed additional cost. The pool/ spa heating fee is now included in the overall pricing. Thank you for your insight and helping us to improve. I hope we get another opportunity to host you again soon. Wonderful in all ways!

We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, and this is quite possibly the very best! The unit itself was well laid out, in a quiet location in the development and convenient to La Quinta and PGA West activities. More importantly, it was very, very clean and so well stocked! Some places leave you with, for example, one dishwasher pod and one roll of paper towels. This unit had adequate supply of most everything for our two week stay, along with thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, foil, sandwich bags, etc. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals, and the bbq was clean and worked well. We also enjoyed the backyard jacuzzi, which was a convenient plus, despite there being a community pool and spa right across the way. Most importantly, the owners are kind, responsive and flexible and the local property manager responded to any needs within minutes. We will definitely return to the rental and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful property....

This property is beautifully decorated and clean. The neighborhood extremely quiet and the waterfall in the pool made for a tranquil evening respite. All appliances worked and nothing needed fixing. The communication with the manager was prompt and direct. There are just a couple of small things that could be added to make the stay even better 1) there was only 1 entry key for the neighborhood and we had two cars. 2 cards are needed in the future. 2) I think guests would appreciate a schedule of when the pool/landscapers were coming on the welcome packet. We got a rude face to face with strangers in the backyard with no forewarning. These are just small improvements, that really did not detract from the fact that the owners were very welcoming, even supplying a cute bed and food/water dishes for my dog. All in all, one of the best properties we have stayed at in our 14 years of coming down to the area for work/vacation time.

Quiet and Calm Jewel In the Desert!

My childhood friends and I came to La Quinta to celebrate us all entering our 50's. The property manager met us at the gate with our fob to enter the property. He was extremely communicative and helpful in all my minor hiccups this weekend. I really appreciated the quick communication and offering of troubleshooting some things. He went above and beyond. We entered the condo with fresh flowers to greet us, extremely clean which is my top priority when vacationing and a sparkling pool/spa in the backyard. Everything was top notch. I especially enjoyed the indoor speakers inside the cooled condo. One of the upper bedrooms had a beautiful view of the mountains. I slept in the main bedroom downstairs with crisp white sheets, large tv, chaise lounge and access to the outdoor patio/pool area. The main bath was large with an enormous walk in closet. I really felt like I was in my own home so I felt extremely comfortable and slept well. We bbq'd outside and even baked a cake this weekend. We parked the car in the 1 car garage to keep it cool and did some laundry. Plenty of bright white bathroom towels and pool towels. Felt like home all around. Thank you for a wonderfully memorable weekend where we would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful vacation

The home is fully equipped, the decor is really comfortable, the pool and spa are so secluded in a beautiful yard!! Justin, the manager is the very best! He was accommodating to all of our needs! We would definitely recommend this property, for a relaxing vacation.
