You will often see dolphins and whales, and hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing on the beaches below. Indah's perfect location is private and quiet, yet close to Los Muertos Beach, the Malecon, Mantamar, Blue Chairs, and hundreds of other spots in Puerto Vallarta.



Indah has every amenity imaginable. There are two gorgeous infinity pools and separate hot tubs. The lively rooftop pool has plenty of sun loungers, a large dining area, and swim up bar with music and incredible service- just like a boutique resort. Both pools have towel service. Breakfast and lunch are served on the lower pool area (8am-3pm) and lunch and dinner are served on the rooftop (12pm-10pm). The prices are extremely reasonable, and there is room service available too for no extra cost. With a large staff of over 20, you will always be taken good care of.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



A $500 MXN PESOS per night (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent from Maxwell Residences.



Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.



Starting March 1st, all renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access. This replaces the previous practice of holding guest IDs at the entrance.

- The Restaurant is credit or debit card only.

The Neighborhood:

Built in the affluent Conchas Chinas neighbourhood, this new building neighbours luxury villas, boutique hotels, and the sea.



Getting Around:

Zona Romantica (and all of its bars, restaurants, shops, and cafes) are a 15 minute walk down a quiet cobblestone road. Guests can also take a 3 minute Uber for $3, or a taxi (as there are several that stay next to the condo lobby)

Directions:

Head south on Highway 200,

Turn Right on Santa Barbara,

then take an immediate short left onto Amapas, then immediately to your right - you will approach the Indah Building entrance. The entrance is about 100’ down the road. (It's behind the old but newly remodeled Casa Pedro)



What is Indah?

Indah is a condo building with 46 units that are privately owned. The staff offers the perfect - superior vacation for any guest, it is a different experience than what a hotel can offer. Guests get to enjoy the comforts of an owner resident & amenities of a place and team ready to enhance your stay.



How to get to the beach:

Take the street outside Indah, and follow it down for about 200mts and turn right. This is a Public Beach.

- speakers are not allowed at the pool

- strict quiet hours after 11pm

- no music on the balcony any time

- no smoking in building including balconies

- no parties
