Nice family getaway

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. This condo was perfect for what we needed and the location was great. It is cozy and quiet. The proximity to the pool was perfect and the view of the water was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Great option for a weekend getaway! Having the chair/umbrella rental on the beach was great! Building three was the perfect location. Sassy Bass Grill was super convenient to get dinner to go!

Great Location

Great location and nice condo. Perfect for our family. Only issue was the beds were too firm and the toilet in the master bath would come on at random times, waking us up a couple of times. It must be leaking down some.

Beach accessible and family friendly

The beach was easily accessible and the facility was family-friendly. The condo itself was small but there was good use of space and we liked that the bedrooms & baths were separated from each other. It was clean enough (not super clean but I'm picky). There are washers/dryers on each floor, an elevator, ice & vending machines, more than one pool, a restaurant on the premises, and other muce amenities which we were thankful for. We had a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice and pleasant area. A few minutes from the beach and a great view . The condo was clean and spacious for my mini crew. We had all the supplies needed for our stay. The pool was in walking distance and my kids enjoyed that along with the beach. We also were in walking distance of the restaurant and bar. Overall a good stay minus the mattress, it was a little too firm and they could upgrade on the pillows as well. Just to be more comfortable

Quick Getaway

My sister and I booked this trip to have a quick getaway with the kiddos. This place was perfect! The ease of access to the beach, the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, we didn’t have to leave the property if we didn’t want to. Everything was clean and comfortable and we would book here again! The only thing I can think of that’s a little off is The pictures make the condo look bigger than it is but it was still enough room for us 4.

Late summer getaway

Wonderful Condo. We Enjoyed the small details like hooks on the patio for towels. The small tables on the patio. The extra lamps throughout the condo . Very clean and comfy. We will be back. Loved the promptness to my email questions about beach rentals and Wi-Fi. Super great host.

Overall a great stay. Beaches were awesome. I was a little misinformed about the view and I thought it was a ground floor unit. We did find a ‘spit’ bottle in the couch cushions. Only negative.

Thsi condo is located on the South end of the building with a view of the beach and is located on the 2nd floor. I am sorry if you misunderstaood the description for the listing. Sometime children do thinks like hide a soft drink bottle in a decorative pilliow. I am sorry for that. Thanks for staying with us and please come back soon! We are glad you had a great stay!

Cute, comfy 2-Bedroom overlooking the ocean!

This is the second time we have actually stayed at this unit over the years. The Owner has made some cute updates. It's clean and working with the property manager is great. We love to sit on the patio and have our morning coffee looking at the ocean. I also love the setup of the kitchen and the dining area. The resort is beach front and has great amenities. We love the indoor pool and there's several outdoor pools to enjoy too! We usually eat at the restaurant on property at least twice while we stay but only had time for one meal this time. The resort is family friendly. It is about a 15 minute drive off of Gulf Shores Parkway which we love. A short drive and we're back in the action in Gulf Shores. Can't wait to come back!

Family vacation 2022

A few things: they didn’t have an iron that I could find and we were getting family pics so I went next door to borrow one. We were given one dish cloth and dish towel for a week, definitely could have used more. For the price we paid it would have been great to have more toilet paper rather than one roll per bathroom, floors and countertops were not super clean, the condo location was great, wish they would have had a laundry washer and dryer inside the condo but we knew that going in, pools were nice, Jackie was easy to get ahold of when we needed her!!

All communications from us are clear that we provide a starter supply of paper and soap products, exactly how many linens are provided and the fact that there is a public laundry facility available to guests. I am sorry if you did not see this on the website or in the rental agreement that you signed. We are also clear in our communications that if there are any cleaning concerns to reach to us immediately upon arrival, as we take this very serious! We regret this is the first we have heard regarding anything related to the floors and counter tops so we are left to wonder why. The iron you called us about was in the master closet and we are sorry you did not locate it for your pictures. We appreciate you choosing our condo for your vacation!

Last Minute Trip

We decided to take a last minute trip, booked on Sunday and checked in on Wednesday. We have no complaints on the condo itself ( well maybe take up the gray rugs in bathrooms - I busted my butt the first day lol ) it was very clean and very much what we expected. However, the resort is a bit far out and we had two unwanted visitors while sitting at the pool. Two snakes decided to slither next to us to get a drink of water. We scared them back to the bushes but once it got dark, we realized there were no lights in the pool and it concerned us with kids swimming at dusk and later on if the snake were to go back to the pool for water, they could bite one of the kids before anyone saw them. Overall though, it was a pleasant last minute trip.

We are pleased you had a nice time at the beach. In tropical areas there is everything from beautiful Sea Turtles to unwanted snakes occasionally. There is always staff close by that you can reach to for help if you should see a snake. There are 6 outdoor pools so if you were concerned about the lights in a pool you could have easily used any of the other 5 pools with plenty of lighting available.

Were we in Alabama?

When I started investigating somewhere to go I had no idea there were such beautiful beaches in Alabama. The unit was great, couch is a bit dated and that grey rug but everything else was super and they weren't bad just remember someone mentioning it earlier. The pools, hot tubs, sauna were all great! Bit of a walk to beach on boardwalk recommend beach wagon. We had plenty of towels. We brought our own toliet paper, kleenex, paper towels and trash bags to make sure we didn't run out. The laundry room at the end of the hall was awesome. Very clean, modern machines. Took credit cards. I did wash the towels once mid week. The mattresses seemed a bit firm but honestly my daughter and I were surprised at how well we slept. They are actively renovating and updating units so there was construction noise sometimes pretty early in the morning and a lot of construction "stuff" in the parking lot taking up several spaces but we were warned about that when booking so no surprise. Overall I was extremely happy with our stay, great value, very nice accommodations. We also drove up to the Free Aviation Museum in Pensicola which was really neat. My 13yo son loved it. We went parasailing, rode a banana boat (quite the experience) and went on a Dolphin JetSki Tour. Were very pleased with all these activities. It would be nice to have a few brochures in the condo for dinner menus, activities etc. (My teenage daughter says everyone uses the internet now but I found some brochures & saved $20! )

Last Minute Fall Break Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this condo on Tuesday night, and cut a trail Wednesday morning. There was extremely limited availability in the area of course due to it being Fall Break season as well as the unfortunate hurricane evacuates. I’ll preface my review by saying this wouldn’t be our typical booking, at no fault of the owner/rental company. We typically like to be beach FRONT, up high and more convenient to local stores, activities, restaurants etc. This particular condo was about a 20 minute drive to town. Literally felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. There is a Dollar General about 5 minutes up the road for essentials, but other than that, be prepared for a not so quick trip. For some this is ideal, being away from all the hustle and bustle of town. I will say the less crowded beach and no high rises blocking the views was awesome! It is a “side view” room, just barely seeing over the dunes(second floor)but the sunsets were very impressive. Pools were great. I believe there were 6 total on site, one being a 21 and over pool. The Sea Bass Grill on site was decent. They have indoor and outdoor seating with a view of the gulf. There was a lot of construction on site which we were already warned about prior to booking. The room itself was very small, but I was aware of this as it is listed in the description. It was well stocked with pots, pans, keurig, starter pack of toiletries, laundry detergent. No washer/dryer in room, but the laundry room is just a few steps up the hall (bring change or debit card). My biggest complaint for this particular room was THE BEDS! Total nightmare! I understand it would be extremely hard to please everyone’s sleeping preferences, but there has to be some middle ground here... hardest beds ever.. concrete if you will. Needless to say none of us slept well all week. This would probably be the only reason keeping me from booking unit 3210 again. Facility is clean, and Jackie was very responsive throughout ou

Great Vacation
