7 Bedroom Spacious Lead Home with Game Room and Hot Tub

This spacious home has 3 levels and plenty of room for large families or groups. The home is equipped with 7 bedrooms with 4 full baths and can easily house 18 guests. The three levels include a living room on each level providing space for everyone. The house has 5 king, 3 queen and 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have tv's with cable. For your entertainment, there is a dart board, pool table, foosball, Boss Toss and a poker table. Outside there is a mini golf course and a horse shoe pit. In the three stall garage, you have a large screen tv and fridge. Between the upper deck and lower patio you have amazing views of the hills. It has easy access to snowmobile, bike and atv trails. This house will not disappoint, it is centrally located between Deadwood and Terry Peak. If more space is needed for additional guests, we have a house down the hill that can accommodate an additional 10 people.

This house was everything advertised and more. If you don’t enjoy your stay here, that’s on you. The views are incredible no matter what the weather is doing. Indoor and outdoor games for everyone. Our 16 person group could not have asked for a better place.

The PERFECT Home for our Large Family

This house is so much better than the description and pictures. It was the perfect home for our small-but-mighty family reunion. The home is very large, with all of the amenities you need, plus more. A ground level master suite with beds to sleep 4 (if necessary) and it's own full bath. Four king-sized bedrooms upstairs. And two more bedrooms that each slept 3 downstairs. Plus 3 full living areas for lots of small groups to get away from the bustle and enjoy more intimate conversations. Huge kitchen with every supply we needed, and then some. Three decks - with two tables and a dozen chairs, plus a hot tub downstairs - made it easy for outdoor meals and visiting. An amazing view. A golf putting green and horseshoes, so lots of activities for everyone. Quiet neighborhood. Only 2 minute drive to Lead and 10 minutes to Deadwood. Black Hills, South Dakota is America's best kept secret. (Only downsides to home were: upstairs had only 1 bathroom on that level to be shared by guests in 4 king bedrooms; and downstairs 2 bedrooms were quite cold at night - the house handbook had advice how to fix it, but we couldn't figure it out. Had plenty of blankets though!) I would 110% recommend this house and host!

Nice large home for family vacation

Very nice home, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for people to spread out. AC worked too well downstairs, making it cold while upstairs was very warm, but we managed just fine. Nice large garage, clean. Nice to have three refrigerators for all of the food required to feed 15 people.

Mountain Retreat

Wonderful get together for our family. The house worked very well for our group. Our host was very timely with responding to any questions and house was stocked very well. The TV’s didn’t get turned on at all. Loved all the king beds but those in the queen beds on the lowest level said were not comfortable, unfortunately. No one slept in the twin beds so no idea about those. Overall…. Great house.

This was a perfect house for my friends and I to stay at. There is so much space with a living area on each floor. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. A lot of provided entertainment like hot tub, pool table, poker table, games, mini putt putt, etc. the view is phenomenal. I would tecommend this place to anyone!!

Wonderful for our family

What an amazing home! 15 of us travelled in for a family memorial in Lead, and all stayed in this beautiful home. Clean, comfortable rooms, lots of open common space, the clean and well maintained hot tub, game room with pool table, dart board and poker table was a huge plus! TV's in every room. Bidets on the toilets. The property has an amazing view. Tara was fast to respond and very friendly. We would absolutely stay again, and recommend to anyone traveling with a large group! Thank you, Tara!

Huge space with great view!

This was our second stay with a large family group. House is spacious and well laid out. Kitchen has everything! Game room and pool table were used a lot. Garage is huge. Everyone loved the swing and deck. Would happily stay again.

Awesome - Relaxing Experience

First and foremost, Tara was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating with all aspects of this rental. We were celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary and had a wide range of ages with us. The house, location, and amenities made this stay very enjoyable and extremely relaxing for the whole family. Truly a beautiful location, which the pictures do not do it justice. You need to sit on the swing overlooking the valley at sunrise and be one with nature. This place allowed for all of us to enjoy all of what nature can bring. Especially, the curious deer that was looking for a handout - LOL

Best stocked kitchen ever!

We loved everything about this house, but especially the kitchen. The 2 professional waffle makers made it easy to feed waffles to 8 adults and 5 kids. This kitchen has it all. The house had plenty of room for all of us and everything was clean and in good working order.

Loved this rental!!

At first I was not extremely excited because I felt it was in town. Boy was I wrong! It is at the top of the mountain and the views are wonderful! I truly felt out of town. There are a few neighbors but at a distance which was very nice! We had a large group and they had something for everyone which was amazing! Everything was very well set up and the owner is amazing to work with!!! This was one of the most pleasant VRBO rentals I have had!! Thank You ☺️

Amazing views

This house is about as high as you could go in Lead, SD. Beautiful view. Had a deer come up to the patio and turkeys walked thru the backyard while we were outside. Lots to do at the house both inside and out. Easy check in. Tara answered a couple of questions we had right away. You would not be disappointed in this property!!

Our family has been vacationing in the hills for over 15 years. We decided to buy a home and share with families vacationing in the black hills.

This property is centrally located in Lead. It is a wonderful place to base out of for all your traveling within the black hills. Our home is very spacious inside and out. We have all the amenities you would ever need for your vacation and more. The house is located on paved roads and has a 3 stall garage to store all of your vehicles. Extra parking is provided for next to the garage for trailers and vehicles.

Our home has multiple spacious areas to spend quality time both inside and out. With all the space, our guests never feel crowded. The outdoor space has a mini golf course, horseshoe pit, and a large hot tub. A large assortment of board games, dart board, boss toss, foosball, pool and poker table are amenities available to entertain you when your not enjoying the amazing views from the upper and lower decks.
