Cozy loft-guesthouse, comfortable, well ventilated and furnished with everything you need, so you won't miss home :)
Good location and friendly residential area. Close to shopping, markets, gas stations and theaters. Great and safe city and location to walk and go jogging around the neighborhood. Very close to mountains (hiking with beautiful views). House has a nice friendly patio area with chairs and plants.

Amazing Host, House and Location!!

Book now if it’s available! You won’t be disappointed! Spent two months at the rental and would have stayed longer if it was available. Incredibly gracious Host, easy to contact and helpful. Home was so clean and lovely. What an outstanding stay!

Get away stay

Very cozy relaxing pool house, very nice neighborhood close to Universal Studios, about 25 min from Disney would recommend highly for a couple whom wants a nice little place to stay. We are looking forward to come back and enjoy the pool a little more.

Wonderful Cozy Place

We had a wonderful stay. Ines's place was perfect for my husband and I. It's cozy and very clean. There's a pool and the property is surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We were here to visit our son and his family and it was a short walk to their place.

Cozy, with everything you need!

Ines’ entire family was so kind, and the property felt like our own tiny resort! Clean and cozy, and close to everything you could need in Burbank (there are a Walmart and Costco within walking distance)! I only wish we’d brought our swimsuits. :) Thank you so much, Ines!

Pool house haven

Ines and her family were very welcoming and attentive during our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Having use of the pool and surrounding tables/chairs/gazebo was priceless! Bed and couch were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood was safe and pretty - great for morning walks. Convenient to Burbank sights and the airport. Be aware - stairs to bedroom loft are very steep and narrow for anyone who may have mobility issues. I would love to stay again next time we’re in LA area! Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Charming Poolside Place

I really enjoyed my time here. The pool house itself is charming if a bit quirky. In a tiny footprint they’ve designed it it to live large, with a really high, peaked ceiling making the upstairs bedroom loft feel more like a real bedroom. Big windows bring in lots of sunlight and show off the gorgeous pool. The interior nicely decorated with cheery red gingham curtains in the kitchen, bright flowered throw pillows. The quirky part is the steep staircase/ladder that leads up to the loft—I couldn’t get my carry-on up the stairs, so I simply dressed downstairs, not a problem. The house is well-appointed with everything a guest might need, including sunscreen! Ines left me a few packages of potato chips and 4 bottles of water in the fridge—how thoughtful! The pool is situated just outside the picture windows, and is gorgeous! It’s surrounded by various seating options—lounge chairs, patio table in the gazebo, garden table poolside. While I didn’t swim , the blue water was beautiful & calming casting rippling translucent shadows on my ceiling in the morning sun. On a hot summer weekend, I really appreciated two aircons. When I first arrived immediately turned on the one downstairs, then went upstairs to the hot, stuffy bedroom—oh no! I thought, I’ll have to sleep downstairs on the couch where it’s cooled by the AC. But then I noticed a minisplit AC upstairs—YAHOO! I turned it in, let it do its thing, and when I went to bed an hour later, it was a wonderfully cool!
