Snowbirds Paradise-Near Mid-Beach

Home received no damage during Hurricane Ian, Marco Island was spared. Remodeled three bedroom, two bath home located just less than a mile from the beach on a quiet cul de sac. Featuring a large screened in pool with jacuzzi overlooking a quiet canal. Master bedroom en suite separated from the other guest bedrooms. Beds include two king beds and twin over full sized double bunk beds. Every bedroom has a TV. High Speed internet. A large sofa in the living room holds plenty of family to gather and watch a film. Enjoy close proximity to restaurants. Public Beach access located at 1 mile from home, off Maple Ave.
Amenities include a ping pong table, foosball table, tandem kayaks, bikes (6 total), two fishing rods, a gas grill (propane may need to be filled at guest expense) two beach umbrellas and six beach chairs are provided for guests.
The pool and hot tub can be heated.
Please note that last minute changes to over the maximum number of guests or unapproved visitors are not permitted. This home is listed to accommodate eight (8) persons maximum, including children and infants.
Please provide details about yourself that allow us to easily accept your booking. This includes: 1) the actual number of guests and ages of those traveling with you, 2) where guest are traveling from, 3) any rental/travel history information, and any other information about yourself and your guests that are visiting. Remember, this is our vacation home and we will be selective about who we allow to rent it.

Great house

Absolutely one of the nicest houses we have stayed in on Marco Island. The house was clean and well appointed with lots of little “extras”. Cristina was a wonderful host that went out of her way to address any questions we had.

Perfect house!

This house was great for our family. There were just 3 of us, but we could have easily had our family and one other family in this house. Bunks were great for my daughter. Layout was open and easy to enjoy the inside/outside at the same time. Pool was awesome. Midday sun, afternoon shade. Lots of games in the game closet. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Would absolutely stay here again!

Holiday getaway

Great place for a short, quiet holiday getaway. Super convenient location. Great pool for the kids to kill time and energy. Slept our group of 6 easily. Cristina was super responsive and process for booking, check-in and check-out were a cinch.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay and this is one of our favorite VRBO homes we've stayed in. I would rate it higher than 5 stars if possible. The home was perfect for our family. The layout of the house is fantastic. We loved the large family room sofa where we watched movies at night and enjoyed March Madness! The outdoor space was amazing and we loved having a hot tub in the evenings. We appreciated the beach supplies (and cooler!) since we flew from out of state. We didn't use the kayaks or bikes, but we would next time. We highly recommend this property and hope to come back!

The house of silence

The owner of the house was constantly calling because she doesn't want you to listen music, she doesn't want noise and also her neighbors are watching over everything you do to inform her, I think that this business is not for her.

Great Location and Property

We have traveled to Marco Island for 8 years now for spring break and always find a home on the water. This has been our favorite so far! The house and pool are very well maintained and stocked with everything you may need. The pool and spa are very relaxing and tranquil. Perfect location close to town near stores and restaurants and the host was great to work with. Highly recommended!! We will definitely be returning next year!

Family Vacation

Great property, great location. Host was easy to communicate with. We took advantage of the bikes for the short bike ride to the beach with our family of 5. Pool and ping pong table were used a lot! Would definitely stay again.

Family Christmas trip

The property is nice and in a solid location. Just about 5 min bike ride to public access beach, and a short car trip to just about anywhere on the island. We made use of the Ping Pong, the outdoor grill and the hot tub. The main room is large and accommodated all. The bedrooms and bath set up worked out great. Would recommend Ruby court even for a more extended stay

Amazing Vacation Rental

My family had an unbelievable stay at this property in Marco Island. The home was exactly as advertised. It was clean, pool was ready to jump into upon our arrival, and was located just minutes from an amazing beach. The ping pong and foosball tables were also a big hit with my kids! Cristina (owner) was very quick to respond to all our questions which made travel planning a breeze. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway to Marco Island and hope to return soon! Eric

Family vacation

Property is in a wonderful location. Pictures were spot-on. Communication was wonderful. Cristina is always good about getting back to us in a timely manner with any questions before and during stay. Outdoor area was amazing, pool and and Jacuzzi was wonderful, grill, out door eating area is perfect. Kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were very comfortable. Bikes to ride to beach, and beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, etc.), and cart to haul stuff was a bonus. Board games, ping pong and foosball were fun for family activities! I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again year after year!

Neat and clean

Great property. Our only issues were that we had to purchase our own toilet paper, as they only had one spare roll there for us. (Full week stay-6 people) If you want to use the hot tub, you have to wait for it to heat up. (1.5-2 hours) and if you are heating the hot tub, the pool doesn't heat. The living room sectional was amazing-and everyone loved the ping long table!

Pleasant stay

We had a lovely vacation. The home and neighborhood were clean and well maintained. It was our first time in Marco Island and absolutely love it! A snap to get to everything - beach, restaurants, shops, and of course Sweet Annie’s ice cream! The house had everything a family would need. Our favorite activity was the morning bike rides. Such a pretty place - we will definitely be back.

Very nice home

We enjoyed our stay in Marco. Cristina is a responsive and professional host. I highly recommend this property. It was clean and had all the essentials for our stay. The pool is very nice and the short distance to the beach was a plus. Access to the bikes was a nice touch.

Overall - Great!

Home was exactly as represented. It was well-equipped, up-to-date, super clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the pool, spa, bikes, and gave the fishing rods a try in the canal (caught fish!). Great location for exploring the area, local and farther .. South Beach, Tigertail Beach, Everglades, HP Williams Roadside Park, Big Cypress Bend Boardwalk, Naples. Dining all around Marco Island and Naples was great. Cristy was a wonderful host, always available for any questions we had.
