Outside, the home boasts several balcony porches, inviting you to unwind and take in the fresh air. The tower is a unique feature of the property, offering bar-top seating and incredible Gulf views, making it an ideal spot to relax and soak in the scenery.

On the downstairs level, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king. These rooms share a full hall bath with a shower only. Both rooms are as charming and comfortable as they appear in the pictures, ensuring restful nights.

Upstairs, the king primary suite serves as a luxurious retreat, complete with a spacious steam shower to unwind after a day at the beach. What a Wonderful Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we stepped into our cottage, we felt at home. The cottage itself was beautiful and yet comfortable. We had a lot of rain the week we were there, but didn’t mind a bit as we all found our nooks to read or just relax. The location was perfect. We were both close to the central square and also steps from the beach. Walking around and enjoying the sights of the tree lined streets with their white picket fences was a favorite past time. Property management was super friendly, helpful and professional. I have never dealt such a fine group of people and have such a “personal experience”.

Seaside Vacation Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I went to Seaside with myself and my 2 teenagers (18 and 16 years of age). We didn’t want a place with hundreds of large condos and thousands of people on the beach. Pros- The condo location was perfect. Close to the town square and an easy walk to the beach- the bike rentals were amazing. I want expecting to enjoy it so much. It we won’t for daily bike rides and mostly rode back in Watercolor where there are trails and other areas to explore- The Beach! The beach is wonderful and so relaxing. It’s expensive to rent the chairs but the Cabana Man people were really good to work with and we loved knowing our chairs were setup for whenever we went down there- The House. We really enjoyed the house and space it gave us compared to a condo or hotel. We ate all our meals out but were able to keep snacks and drinks there for the evenings. The layout was very nice and we had plenty of room. Everything was very clean. We had a minor issue with the dryer but it was fixed the same day and the communication from the Homeowner’s Collection was superb. You will always run into issues at places but I judge more on the responsiveness so A+ here!-Seaside itself. If you’ve not been, it’s a great experience and fantastic pace to live at for the week. We ended up trying most of the restaurants and our faves were Pickles and Bud and Alleys Taco Bar. We aren’t super fancy sit down eaters so these were just our speed. You also need to try the cinnamon rolls at Black Bear and the coffee at Amavida was my morning starter each day. Cons; If I had to list off any cons, it would be the following. I only mention more so for awareness- Teenagers taking over the town. I have two teens and the first thing they noticed on the first night is how the evenings seem to be dominated by somewhat rude groups of teens who don’t pay attention to anybody else- I feel like the first floor bedrooms c

Needs a LOT of Upkeep

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been visiting Seaside with my family since 1990. This particular stay was a birthday gift from my husband. This is a nice house but has many issues that need addressing. Upon our arrival, we noticed the living room rug was filthy (thank goodness no small children were with us) and the chairs were stained. The upstairs bathroom ceiling had black mold growing on the ceiling and there was a wet, musty smell. While I appreciated the 2 AC window units in the upstairs bedroom to keep cool, the tape around them was peeling off, leaving gaps between the units and windows, and the vents in the ceiling were dripping with condensation, one of them directly onto the bed. The only screened porch, also upstairs, had no furniture to sit on except a hammock that was lying on the could not be hung because the hook was out of the wall. There were 3 brooms, but no dust pan and no vacuum...even though we removed shoes before entering the house each day, there was still a good bit of sand that accumulated on the floors. I had to take the smaller rugs outside to shake them out and then sweep as much as I could out of the doors. There were only 4 washcloths (for a 3 bedroom house) and no sharp knives (not dull...nonexistent) or scissors to cut tags off items we purchased. The upstairs hairdryer that I only used once, shot out sparks and burned the pajama top I was wearing at the time. I could go on about the state of a lot of the wood outside the house, but that thankfully did not directly affect our stay. For the price we paid to stay in this house, however, we not only deserved basic amenities, but we also deserved a house that was in good, clean condition. I unfortunately would not recommend this house to anyone unless there are some major changes. Owning a rental house requires upkeep and this one just isn't getting the attention it needs. I have never had this situation with any other house in Seaside. Very disappointing.

Other Side Of Paradise Home

The master bedroom upstairs was warm. The vent above the bed dripped. The shower was gross. Lots of mold. Water collected on the floor of the shower. The grout needs to be repaired. I called the office and they came and cleaned it. But mold remained. They did not redo the grout. I’m surprised other renters had not complained about it. The shower door did not close properly and moisture leaked out making the floor wet and slippery. We could not open the exterior doors. Fire hazard.

It was limiting for a group. Also there’s a need for a 6th chair at the dining room table. So close to town!

I couldn’t say enough good things about this property. The home is beautiful and so comfortable. It was supplied with everything you could need. It’s literally a minute and half walk to town, so close. The beach is possibly and even shorter walk. The pavilion at the beach has private bathrooms for guest. Enjoyed our visit so much!

Seaside Spring Break

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Homeowner's Collection staff was responsive and helpful with the questions we had leading up to and upon our arrival. Overall, the home was nice. We found the kitchen lacking in several basic amenities (measuring spoons, pot holders come to mind, although overall we felt this home lacked a robust selection in the kitchen). We also felt he 2nd floor deck would have benefitted from some seating other than the hammock. The location was great, but we just felt the house was missing several common items (oh, a broom would have been helpful). As vacation property owners, we do have a critical eye for general amenities at properties and unfortunately, this one came up short in this area. However, the steam shower was fantastic! We did find some trash under the beds(shopping bags and floaties). Our impression was a general surface clean happened but not much more. Seaside itself was extremely busy the week we visited. Masks were a rare sighting among guests and employees at multiple food establishments.

Very comfortable for our two teenage children as well as the two of us. The view from the top deck was amazing but the house is so close to the beach you couldn’t beat walking a few minutes to catch the sun drop below the ocean. It’s also close to the center of Seaside where the shops are. Our family needed a change of scenery and this definitely delivered. We will be back and are very appreciative of our experience.!
