'Bluebonnet' es un acogedor y relajante retiro de playa en Florida ubicado en el corazón de Seaside, con todas las comodidades modernas que esperaría tener durante sus vacaciones. Ubicado en el lado oeste de la ciudad, a pocos pasos de la piscina familiar occidental, restaurantes, capilla y tiendas. El Pabellón de Pensacola está a un corto paseo y ofrece acceso a la aclamada playa de arena blanca como el azúcar. También se incluyen cuatro (4) bicicletas de crucero para que nuestros huéspedes disfruten de todo lo que 30A tiene para ofrecer.
A su llegada, disfrute de una botella de champán de cortesía mientras disfruta de los dos amplios porches al aire libre con asientos Adirondack. Disfruta del atardecer y relájate. Estás en la playa ahora!
El piso de arriba se abre a una espaciosa sala de estar y comedor de planta abierta con techos de 12 pies con una decoración azul y blanca playera. Nuevos sofás, sillas, comedor, alfombras, almohadas y decoración adicional añadida en otoño de 2018. La sala de estar ofrece un televisor 4K, DVD, Apple TV y juegos de mesa. La moderna cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está bien equipada para aquellos que disfrutan cocinar. Disfrute de sus comidas en la mesa de comedor interior o en el área de comedor al aire libre. El piso de arriba también incluye una lavadora / secadora completa y baño completo (ducha / bañera).
En la planta baja hay tres dormitorios, cada uno con baño privado y TV. El Master incluye una cama KING y vestidor (ducha / bañera · tocador doble), la habitación de huéspedes también tiene una cama KING (ducha y tocador individual) y la habitación DUAL Bunk personalizada tiene capacidad para 4 (4 camas individuales, ducha, individual) vanidad).

We love Seaside and this house was perfect for the 5 of us. beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. We loved the decor. Our only complaint was that we called Sunday to have the light outside fixed and no one came until Wednesday when we also had wifi issues. He couldn't fix the light and said he would come back and we never saw him again. But he did fix the wifi issue. All in all a great trip and house and we would stay there again.

Charming House on Quiet Street

This house is a great Seaside house on the quiet street of Forest. It's a pretty much straight walk down Pensacola to the beach. The bottom level has a nice porch but we really didn't use it other than to store our vacation toys. The bedrooms are also on the bottom which makes it so convenient for coming and going. On the upper level the living, dining and kitchen area is so inviting, with lots of comfortable seating and windows. The upper porch outside was our favorite place to hang out in the mornings and evenings, with lots of comfortable seating and tables. Besides a few places in the house needing some fixing up (master bath could use an update, and a working fan above outdoor dining table would have been nice) this is a really, really great house to rent in Seaside. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The house is like it is listed. Management came by to check on us the first day of our stay. The lock needed to be fixed on the door, maintenance came out to check it the same day. The only issue was the bike company they use (Vancazan). I called to inquire about 4 baskets for the bikes, they advised I should only have two and instead of calling and having a discussion with management or myself, they came and took two of the bikes, leaving our kids without bikes for equivalent of one day. I had to email/ text to get the bikes back after they realized the bikes did belong to the house.

Seaside stay

The property was perfect for adults traveling with a group of teens. The Seaside community is very strict with a 8pm curfew for kids which was burdensome.

Wonderful Property

Beautiful house with very responsive property managers. The house was clean and well stocked. It was easy to walk to the beach and into Seaside. Very comfortable and relaxing vacation.

Overall good stay

The property is really nice but they say they take the entire day to clean and sanitize and I’m not sure that’s accurate. Most things were cleaned but there was dirt and grime on the doors, doorknobs, cabinets and floors and a few stains on the couch and dining chairs. The shower in the master needs a new shower head- it makes for an interesting shower experience. There are just several maintenance issues that could be fixed easily. Like I said in the title- it was an overall good stay. Great location and wonderful area to walk or bike around and bring your kids and family.

Perfect Spot

Bluebonnet was a perfect spot for our mom/daughter/friends spring break trip. The house is adorable and spacious and in a great location! Casey with Sandpiper Realty management company was very attentive to our needs. We’d definitely stay at bluebonnet again.

Fun MLK weekend!

We booked Something Else for Martin Luther King weekend thinking to sneak away for a quiet weekend. Little did we know we would stumble upon the annual Songwriters Festival. Town and 30A were buzzing, so much fun, we will be back next year !!! The house is very comfortable, clean and we loved the location. Recommended for families, couples or a fun girls trip.

Christmas at Seaside - Wonderful family memories

This was our second year to spend Christmas at Something Else in Seaside and this year was even better than last year with the warmer weather. The house is great, exactly as advertised. Cozy, nicely decorated, clean, minutes away from shops, restaurants and the beach. It had everything we needed for the days we grilled in. We will definitely stay at Something Else again.

August 2016 Stay

We have stayed in Seaside many times, and while we love staying at all the cute and cozy cottages, it was so nice to stay in a large, more modern home. The house is exactly what we had hoped for...it was just as pictured and very well kept. We were with three generations and each had plenty of private space and wonderful shared spaces. We enjoyed "home" cooking in the kitchen, which was well stocked (also has a large outdoor grill). Then gathered nightly for meals around the large dining table, afterward relaxing in the beautiful and comfortable living room or upstairs porch! We love the beach in Seaside and spent a lot of time there, as well as at the shops and restaurants in town. This home is a few blocks from the Pensacola Pavilion, where we enjoyed wine at sunset every night. And after a day at the beach it's an easy stroll to town for dinner or home to Something Else!!!

We will most definitely be back!

Thank you for providing such a warm and inviting beach house for me and my family! It was very hard to leave. We were more than pleased with everything your house had for us. We were able to cook most of our meals in your well equipped kitchen which I absolutely loved. We all had breakfast and coffee every morning on the balcony. Our boys loved having the bunk room as their "man cave!" You can tell so much though went into all of the details. We really appreciated the bikes that were there as well as some beach toys we didn't think to bring. I took many pictures of your décor in hopes of finding some of the same for my house back home. We have told all of our friends about your place and we will most definitely be back very soon. Thanks again!

Beautifully decorated and very cozy! There was a lot of room for our family of 6. The appliances were top notch. We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation!!! Plus, everything is within walking or biking distance... shops, restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend for families.

Our family of six just stayed at The Something Else house and had a wonderful time. Everything the ad said was true. The amenities were enjoyable. We went to the fitness center every day, as well as the pool and the beach ( the umbrellas and toys saved us on the beach ). The bikes were fun to ride also. The air conditioner went out the second day we were there and the owner along with the staff at the sandpiper had it replaced and working within a day! It was incredible !! They gave us special treatment and took care of our needs. We will travel back to Seaside . Thank you to the owners and to the sandpiper management ! We had an amazing stress free vacation.
