Views of MacMillan Pier, Town Hall and the Monument. You will have one parking space, since you’ll be exploring Provincetown and all it has to offer with this ideal location. Enjoy the kitchen with Sub Zero Fridge, and Jen n Air stove top. You’ll have plenty of space to move through out the condo, Central Air, High Speed Internet, and more. Perfect getaway

My wife and I so enjoyed this venue! The accommodations were clean , beautifully decorated and location was so ideal! We will definitely book this location next time we get a chance to get away to this great town!

Great fall weekend stay

Perfectly located quiet escape in middle of town. Loved the balcony on the water. Super clean, well equipped secure building. Would def stay again for a weekend getaway

Provincetown Short Stay

Amazing location overlooking the harbor and right next to commercial street. Most restaurants and bars are within a short walk. Parking spot included.

The View and Location

We had a great stay. The property manager Keith was great to work with and replied promptly when needed. The view of the boats and water were fantastic! The updated aesthetic of the condo was perfect and comfortable. Would recommend the property.

Beautiful property in a perfect location

Located right in the heart of commercial street. Easy to walk to all. It looks even better than the pictures. So nice to wake up and sit on the deck with some coffee to the sounds and sight of the ocean. Would recommend.

Great location

Excellent stay in a terrific property. The location could not be better. My only recommendation for service improvement in the future is to have adequate stocking of essentials— toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher detergent. We had to buy all of these.

Our first visit to Provincetown and we can't wait to go back. This is the perfect location to explore Provincetown on foot. Everything is at your door step. The unit is immaculate, comfortable and ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect location, well appointed property, attentive owner

Just several buildings in from the pier, you can walk from the ferry and be in the middle of Provincetown life. The view is right over the beach so the deck is lovely. I’ve never rented a place with so much cooking gear! It was very comfortable and the owner got back to us quickly when we had questions. This is the first place I’ll try for when I’m able to return.

This is the second time staying in this unit. We will go back next year and the year after God willing. Very clean, the appliances are beautiful and the views are spectacular. If you’d like to just relax or have fun in town this place is for you!

Fantastic Property and Experience

My husband and I have rented many properties over the years and we both agreed this one tops the list. Location was perfect and property was impeccably clean and updated. The pictures are very accurate. The water view was truly spectacular! The property manager Keith was super responsive and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable! Perfect location and beautiful place!

I was in town for a double bachelorette for two friends getting married later this summer. Partially due to poor planning on my part, I ended up booking this amazing spot rather than stay with most of our party at Boatslip, and I am SO glad I did. The condo is centrally located while being ever so slightly removed since it's closer to the beach than the street. I sort of wish I got to spend more time "at home" but when I wasn't out and about it felt pretty peaceful there. The little balcony and the view was my favorite part. 10/10, would definitely stay again for a non-event based gaycation, alone or with a partner.

The Perfect Spot in Ptown

This is the perfect condo for anyone wanting to have both the perfect view and the perfect location for exploring all that Commerial Street has to offer! Communication with Keith was excellent, and he was very patient with me as I had difficulty with both accessing the property and finding the parking space. Older renters might note that there is no elevator and the parking space is located off the property a few blocks away, but it's an extremely easy walk. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic in Every Respect!

Over the years, we have stayed in Provincetown dozens of times and even lived there for large chunks of the year. You will be hard pressed to find a better 1 bedroom rental. 333 Commercial is perfectly situated in the heart of town, but is tucked away just enough to give you serenity. The interior of the unit is stunning, and rivaled only by the million dollar view of Ptown’s iconic waterfront and harbor. The building manager could not be more friendly or communicative, loading and unloading is a snap, and guaranteed parking (a rarity in Ptown) is a 4 minute walk. Whether sipping your coffee as the harbor wakes, taking afternoon walks on the beach, enjoying cocktails as sunset delivers that famous Ptown light, or cooking dinner with Truro and Wellfleet twinkling in the background - this unit offers it all.

Great P-Town Condo

We loved this property and location. The view is amazing and the condo is beautifully renovated. The check-in/check-out process was simple, but also noting that the owner was very accessible via the App to answer questions, etc. Will definitely look to book again next year.

Heart of Provincetown

Beautiful 3rd floor apartment in the very center on Town. Great deck with view of the pier. A little noisy at night but not too bad and quiet by 10ish. To be expected in this location. The place was very clean and well stocked. No microwave though. Overall a great place to spend a week. Loved it!
