Kozy Beach House-dog friendly! Close to boardwalk!
Relax with the whole family at Kozy Vacation Rentals' peaceful dog friendly beach house. 2 & 1/2 blocks to the beach and world famous Wildwood boardwalk. Short walk to Wildwood's dog beach & dog park!! Listen to live music on the deck from The Rook around the corner. Enjoy a fantastic view of fireworks right from the rear deck! So many great things to enjoy!
**Brand new fully remodeled 1st floor front bathroom! We recently remodeled and updated a lot of our home and have plans for many more upgrades during the off-seasons, but wanted to begin sharing our home during the process!
Our beach house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 1st floor as well as 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the 2nd floor. Great for extended families. Outdoor space is fully fenced in with seating on upper deck and lower patio.
Linens, toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, etc are not provided.
Quiet block short 2 & 1/2 block walk to Wildwood beach/boardwalk and Morey’s Surfside Pier. Great local bars and stores nearby for plenty of entertainment.
Park your car and walk to everything. We do not have reserved parking, but our street is mostly free parking. However, during the weekend it is harder to get a spot out front. We do provide (2) parking passes, in the basket under the television as soon as you walk in, that can be used at all meters in Wildwood.
*There is a driveway on both sides of our house, but they belong to the neighbors. So please don’t park there or block access to their driveways.*
If you have a motor bike or a golf cart you are welcomed to use the side of our house where it is gated, as long as it is off the sidewalk.
Pacific Ave is a meter street that is only two houses up from our address. There is usually plenty of parking. You may also use the tags if going out to eat or shop in Wildwood. Tags can not be used to park outside Wildwood, which is between 26th and Cresse Ave.
Please see the map for where the parking tags can be used.
**Guest will ensure all parking passes are left upon checkout. Guest will be charged for any missing passes at a cost of $500 each. **
Exterior cameras installed for security. Do not tamper with cameras. NO CAMERAS INSIDE. NoiseAware sensors installed - one inside and one outside.
Payment info
Total amount due will generally be split into 3 or 4 payments unless check in date is less than 90 days of booking.
$1,000 Security Deposit Hold and Photo ID REQUIRED! Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.

We love our home because of the location! It feels like a beach house and although not a large house, it has great spaces to hangout with family and friends inside and outside.
Our home is also so close to excellent attractions in the area. Park your car and walk everywhere.

We are sharing our home in the Wildwoods because we enjoy spending time here with our family. It's a great place to relax and unwind from the craziness of life. Here we have the option to disconnect from technology and stress and reconnect with nature. We have been vacationing in the summer and winter in the Wildwoods our whole lives and wanted a place of our own.
We have made so many wonderful memories in the Wildwoods and are happy to be able to share our home with other families so they can create great memories of their own!
